Sin

Sin defines the actions committed by disobeying Allah’s commands and prohibitions in the Islamic religion. The concept of sin is an important element that affects the spiritual and moral states of individuals. In Islam, sins are classified as minor and major; while repentance is sufficient for minor sins, major sins can lead to more serious consequences. Sin can also cause unrest and disharmony in society. Therefore, avoiding sins, seeking forgiveness, and performing good deeds have been established as fundamental goals for Muslims.
