Gratitude
"Gratitude is the praise and thanks felt for the blessings given by Allah."
Spiritual & Deep Meaning
Gratitude occupies an important place in every aspect of life in Islam. Individuals are advised to live without forgetting Allah's blessings and to feel gratitude for every blessing. The Qur'an emphasizes the various benefits and importance of being grateful to Allah. Gratitude is not only an action to be performed with the tongue but also an intention that reflects the sincerity of the heart. Through gratitude, a person becomes more sensitive to the blessings they possess, which contributes to their spiritual enrichment. Not being grateful undoubtedly leads to deprivation of blessings, hence it is recommended that one should always be grateful.
