Arrogance

Arrogance is considered one of the greatest sins in Islamic ethics. This concept, frequently mentioned in the Qur'an and hadith, is defined as a disease that negatively affects a person's spiritual and social life. Arrogance arises from a person's belief that they are superior to others, and this mentality disrupts social harmony. An arrogant individual may not show respect to others, which hinders spiritual development. Muslims should adopt humility by staying away from arrogance and should be respectful towards others. Arrogance is not only an individual disease but also a condition that can lead to significant problems in society.
