Spiritual & Deep Meaning
In Islam, guidance refers to the ability to find the truth and walk on the right path granted by Allah to those whom He wills. Guidance not only involves acquiring knowledge but also encompasses the will to implement that knowledge in life. In Sufism, guidance can be defined as an energy revolving around the guide (murshid). The murshid supports and directs the disciple (murid) in progressing on the path of guidance. Guidance is a prerequisite for spiritual growth and development, and when sincerely sought, it will come as a grace from Allah.
