Truth is the highest level of knowledge and experience that an individual must reach not only in the external world but also within their own soul. In Sufism, reaching the truth means finding Him in the depths of one's essence. This process is a personal journey and also ensures that relationships with other individuals in society take a proper form. The Qur'an states that those who seek the truth will be granted tranquility and peace. Pursuing truth facilitates both the spiritual and moral development of the individual.
