"Surah At-Tawbah delves deeply into the themes of repentance and forgiveness. This Surah, which opens the doors of salvation and mercy for Muslims, stands out with its unique volume and depth of meaning. Tawbah calls for a sincere return to Allah for the forgiveness of sins and the manifestation of Divine mercy. While serving as a source of hope during difficult times, it enhances trust and devotion to Allah. It is particularly recommended to recite this Surah at moments when sinners turn their faces towards Allah. بَرَآءَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ فَسِيحُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍۢ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْزِى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ وَأَذَٰنٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَوْمَ ٱلْحَجِّ ٱلْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَرِىٓءٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ۙ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ۚ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِى ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّم مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْـًۭٔا وَلَمْ يُظَٰهِرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدًۭا فَأَتِمُّوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فَإِذَا ٱنسَلَخَ ٱلْأَشْهُرُ ٱلْحُرُمُ فَٱقْتُلُوا۟ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ وَخُذُوهُمْ وَٱحْصُرُوهُمْ وَٱقْعُدُوا۟ لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍۢ ۚ فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَخَلُّوا۟ سَبِيلَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ وَإِنْ أَحَدٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ ٱسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّىٰ يَسْمَعَ كَلَٰمَ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُۥ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌۭ لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ يَكُونُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ عَهْدٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَعِندَ رَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ عَٰهَدتُّمْ عِندَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۖ فَمَا ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟ لَكُمْ فَٱسْتَقِيمُوا۟ لَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا يَرْقُبُوا۟ فِيكُمْ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَىٰ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ ٱشْتَرَوْا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ثَمَنًۭا قَلِيلًۭا فَصَدُّوا۟ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ سَآءَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ لَا يَرْقُبُونَ فِى مُؤْمِنٍ إِلًّۭا وَلَا ذِمَّةًۭ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُعْتَدُونَ فَإِن تَابُوا۟ وَأَقَامُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ فَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ فِى ٱلدِّينِ ۗ وَنُفَصِّلُ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ لِقَوْمٍۢ يَعْلَمُونَ وَإِن نَّكَثُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُوا۟ فِى دِينِكُمْ فَقَٰتِلُوٓا۟ أَئِمَّةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ ۙ إِنَّهُمْ لَآ أَيْمَٰنَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ أَلَا تُقَٰتِلُونَ قَوْمًۭا نَّكَثُوٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَهُمْ وَهَمُّوا۟ بِإِخْرَاجِ ٱلرَّسُولِ وَهُم بَدَءُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ ۚ أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ ۚ فَٱللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ قَٰتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍۢ مُّؤْمِنِينَ وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تُتْرَكُوا۟ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَٰهَدُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلِيجَةًۭ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ مَا كَانَ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ أَن يَعْمُرُوا۟ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ شَٰهِدِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِم بِٱلْكُفْرِ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ وَفِى ٱلنَّارِ هُمْ خَٰلِدُونَ إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَٰجِدَ ٱللَّهِ مَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَأَقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَى ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ ۖ فَعَسَىٰٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَن يَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِينَ ۞ أَجَعَلْتُمْ سِقَايَةَ ٱلْحَآجِّ وَعِمَارَةَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ كَمَنْ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَجَٰهَدَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَهَاجَرُوا۟ وَجَٰهَدُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْفَآئِزُونَ يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُم بِرَحْمَةٍۢ مِّنْهُ وَرِضْوَٰنٍۢ وَجَنَّٰتٍۢ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا نَعِيمٌۭ مُّقِيمٌ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌۭ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَتَّخِذُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَكُمْ وَإِخْوَٰنَكُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ إِنِ ٱسْتَحَبُّوا۟ ٱلْكُفْرَ عَلَى ٱلْإِيمَٰنِ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ قُلْ إِن كَانَ ءَابَآؤُكُمْ وَأَبْنَآؤُكُمْ وَإِخْوَٰنُكُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُكُمْ وَعَشِيرَتُكُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلٌ ٱقْتَرَفْتُمُوهَا وَتِجَٰرَةٌۭ تَخْشَوْنَ كَسَادَهَا وَمَسَٰكِنُ تَرْضَوْنَهَآ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَجِهَادٍۢ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ فَتَرَبَّصُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِىَ ٱللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِۦ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍۢ ۙ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ ۙ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْـًۭٔا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ وَعَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَنزَلَ جُنُودًۭا لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَعَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌۭ فَلَا يَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلْمَسْجِدَ ٱلْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَٰذَا ۚ وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةًۭ فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦٓ إِن شَآءَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ قَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَلَا بِٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَلَا يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَلَا يَدِينُونَ دِينَ ٱلْحَقِّ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ حَتَّىٰ يُعْطُوا۟ ٱلْجِزْيَةَ عَن يَدٍۢ وَهُمْ صَٰغِرُونَ وَقَالَتِ ٱلْيَهُودُ عُزَيْرٌ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ وَقَالَتِ ٱلنَّصَٰرَى ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ ٱللَّهِ ۖ ذَٰلِكَ قَوْلُهُم بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ ۖ يُضَٰهِـُٔونَ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ قَٰتَلَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۚ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ ٱتَّخَذُوٓا۟ أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَٰنَهُمْ أَرْبَابًۭا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَسِيحَ ٱبْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓا۟ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَٰهًۭا وَٰحِدًۭا ۖ لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ ۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّ كَثِيرًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْأَحْبَارِ وَٱلرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٰلَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ ٱلذَّهَبَ وَٱلْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍۢ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ ۖ هَٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا۟ مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ إِنَّ عِدَّةَ ٱلشُّهُورِ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًۭا فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ مِنْهَآ أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌۭ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ ۚ فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا۟ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ وَقَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةًۭ كَمَا يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةًۭ ۚ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌۭ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ ۖ يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ يُحِلُّونَهُۥ عَامًۭا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُۥ عَامًۭا لِّيُوَاطِـُٔوا۟ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّوا۟ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ أَعْمَٰلِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ إِلَّا تَنفِرُوا۟ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْـًۭٔا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌ إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ثَانِىَ ٱثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِى ٱلْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَٰحِبِهِۦ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَنَا ۖ فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُۥ بِجُنُودٍۢ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ٱلسُّفْلَىٰ ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ ٱللَّهِ هِىَ ٱلْعُلْيَا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ ٱنفِرُوا۟ خِفَافًۭا وَثِقَالًۭا وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌۭ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضًۭا قَرِيبًۭا وَسَفَرًۭا قَاصِدًۭا لَّٱتَّبَعُوكَ وَلَٰكِنۢ بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلشُّقَّةُ ۚ وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَوِ ٱسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَٰذِبُونَ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَنكَ لِمَ أَذِنتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ ٱلَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا۟ وَتَعْلَمَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ لَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ أَن يُجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلْمُتَّقِينَ إِنَّمَا يَسْتَـْٔذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَٱرْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِى رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ ۞ وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا۟ ٱلْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّوا۟ لَهُۥ عُدَّةًۭ وَلَٰكِن كَرِهَ ٱللَّهُ ٱنۢبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ ٱقْعُدُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ لَوْ خَرَجُوا۟ فِيكُم مَّا زَادُوكُمْ إِلَّا خَبَالًۭا وَلَأَوْضَعُوا۟ خِلَٰلَكُمْ يَبْغُونَكُمُ ٱلْفِتْنَةَ وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّٰعُونَ لَهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌۢ بِٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَقَدِ ٱبْتَغَوُا۟ ٱلْفِتْنَةَ مِن قَبْلُ وَقَلَّبُوا۟ لَكَ ٱلْأُمُورَ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَهُمْ كَٰرِهُونَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ ٱئْذَن لِّى وَلَا تَفْتِنِّىٓ ۚ أَلَا فِى ٱلْفِتْنَةِ سَقَطُوا۟ ۗ وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌۢ بِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ إِن تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌۭ تَسُؤْهُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُصِبْكَ مُصِيبَةٌۭ يَقُولُوا۟ قَدْ أَخَذْنَآ أَمْرَنَا مِن قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُمْ فَرِحُونَ قُل لَّن يُصِيبَنَآ إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَىٰنَا ۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَآ إِلَّآ إِحْدَى ٱلْحُسْنَيَيْنِ ۖ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَن يُصِيبَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابٍۢ مِّنْ عِندِهِۦٓ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا ۖ فَتَرَبَّصُوٓا۟ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّتَرَبِّصُونَ قُلْ أَنفِقُوا۟ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًۭا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ ۖ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًۭا فَٰسِقِينَ وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ أَن تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَٰتُهُمْ إِلَّآ أَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَبِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كُسَالَىٰ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ إِلَّا وَهُمْ كَٰرِهُونَ فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَٰدُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ وَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنَّهُمْ لَمِنكُمْ وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمْ وَلَٰكِنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌۭ يَفْرَقُونَ لَوْ يَجِدُونَ مَلْجَـًٔا أَوْ مَغَٰرَٰتٍ أَوْ مُدَّخَلًۭا لَّوَلَّوْا۟ إِلَيْهِ وَهُمْ يَجْمَحُونَ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَلْمِزُكَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا۟ مِنْهَا رَضُوا۟ وَإِن لَّمْ يُعْطَوْا۟ مِنْهَآ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُونَ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَضُوا۟ مَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ سَيُؤْتِينَا ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ رَٰغِبُونَ ۞ إِنَّمَا ٱلصَّدَقَٰتُ لِلْفُقَرَآءِ وَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِ وَٱلْعَٰمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَٱلْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِى ٱلرِّقَابِ وَٱلْغَٰرِمِينَ وَفِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱبْنِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِيضَةًۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ وَمِنْهُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلنَّبِىَّ وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ أُذُنٌۭ ۚ قُلْ أُذُنُ خَيْرٍۢ لَّكُمْ يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَيُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ لِّلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ ۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ رَسُولَ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ لِيُرْضُوكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَحَقُّ أَن يُرْضُوهُ إِن كَانُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّهُۥ مَن يُحَادِدِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَأَنَّ لَهُۥ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدًۭا فِيهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْخِزْىُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ يَحْذَرُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ أَن تُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُورَةٌۭ تُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ ۚ قُلِ ٱسْتَهْزِءُوٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُخْرِجٌۭ مَّا تَحْذَرُونَ وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَخُوضُ وَنَلْعَبُ ۚ قُلْ أَبِٱللَّهِ وَءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَرَسُولِهِۦ كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِءُونَ لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟ قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَٰنِكُمْ ۚ إِن نَّعْفُ عَن طَآئِفَةٍۢ مِّنكُمْ نُعَذِّبْ طَآئِفَةًۢ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ مُجْرِمِينَ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ بَعْضُهُم مِّنۢ بَعْضٍۢ ۚ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَقْبِضُونَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ ۚ نَسُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ فَنَسِيَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ هُمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ وَٱلْكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ هِىَ حَسْبُهُمْ ۚ وَلَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ مُّقِيمٌۭ كَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ كَانُوٓا۟ أَشَدَّ مِنكُمْ قُوَّةًۭ وَأَكْثَرَ أَمْوَٰلًۭا وَأَوْلَٰدًۭا فَٱسْتَمْتَعُوا۟ بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ فَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِخَلَٰقِكُمْ كَمَا ٱسْتَمْتَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُم بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ وَخُضْتُمْ كَٱلَّذِى خَاضُوٓا۟ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ أَلَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ نَبَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍۢ وَعَادٍۢ وَثَمُودَ وَقَوْمِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَأَصْحَٰبِ مَدْيَنَ وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَٰتِ ۚ أَتَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ ۖ فَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍۢ ۚ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةًۭ فِى جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍۢ ۚ وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ جَٰهِدِ ٱلْكُفَّارَ وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ وَٱغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ مَا قَالُوا۟ وَلَقَدْ قَالُوا۟ كَلِمَةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ وَكَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِسْلَٰمِهِمْ وَهَمُّوا۟ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُوا۟ ۚ وَمَا نَقَمُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ أَنْ أَغْنَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۚ فَإِن يَتُوبُوا۟ يَكُ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُمْ ۖ وَإِن يَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ وَلَا نَصِيرٍۢ ۞ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ عَٰهَدَ ٱللَّهَ لَئِنْ ءَاتَىٰنَا مِن فَضْلِهِۦ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ وَلَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ فَلَمَّآ ءَاتَىٰهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِۦ بَخِلُوا۟ بِهِۦ وَتَوَلَّوا۟ وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ فَأَعْقَبَهُمْ نِفَاقًۭا فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يَلْقَوْنَهُۥ بِمَآ أَخْلَفُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ مَا وَعَدُوهُ وَبِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْذِبُونَ أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَّٰمُ ٱلْغُيُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ ٱلْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِى ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ إِلَّا جُهْدَهُمْ فَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ ۙ سَخِرَ ٱللَّهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ٱسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ أَوْ لَا تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ إِن تَسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ سَبْعِينَ مَرَّةًۭ فَلَن يَغْفِرَ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ فَرِحَ ٱلْمُخَلَّفُونَ بِمَقْعَدِهِمْ خِلَٰفَ رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَرِهُوٓا۟ أَن يُجَٰهِدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَالُوا۟ لَا تَنفِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْحَرِّ ۗ قُلْ نَارُ جَهَنَّمَ أَشَدُّ حَرًّۭا ۚ لَّوْ كَانُوا۟ يَفْقَهُونَ فَلْيَضْحَكُوا۟ قَلِيلًۭا وَلْيَبْكُوا۟ كَثِيرًۭا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ فَإِن رَّجَعَكَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَىٰ طَآئِفَةٍۢ مِّنْهُمْ فَٱسْتَـْٔذَنُوكَ لِلْخُرُوجِ فَقُل لَّن تَخْرُجُوا۟ مَعِىَ أَبَدًۭا وَلَن تُقَٰتِلُوا۟ مَعِىَ عَدُوًّا ۖ إِنَّكُمْ رَضِيتُم بِٱلْقُعُودِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۢ فَٱقْعُدُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَٰلِفِينَ وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٍۢ مِّنْهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدًۭا وَلَا تَقُمْ عَلَىٰ قَبْرِهِۦٓ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ وَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَأَوْلَٰدُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ أَن يُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ وَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ أَنْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَجَٰهِدُوا۟ مَعَ رَسُولِهِ ٱسْتَـْٔذَنَكَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلطَّوْلِ مِنْهُمْ وَقَالُوا۟ ذَرْنَا نَكُن مَّعَ ٱلْقَٰعِدِينَ رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ لَٰكِنِ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مَعَهُۥ جَٰهَدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ ۚ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلْخَيْرَٰتُ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ وَجَآءَ ٱلْمُعَذِّرُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ لِيُؤْذَنَ لَهُمْ وَقَعَدَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ ۚ سَيُصِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌۭ لَّيْسَ عَلَى ٱلضُّعَفَآءِ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْمَرْضَىٰ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ مَا يُنفِقُونَ حَرَجٌ إِذَا نَصَحُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ۚ مَا عَلَى ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ مِن سَبِيلٍۢ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا مَآ أَتَوْكَ لِتَحْمِلَهُمْ قُلْتَ لَآ أَجِدُ مَآ أَحْمِلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ تَوَلَّوا۟ وَّأَعْيُنُهُمْ تَفِيضُ مِنَ ٱلدَّمْعِ حَزَنًا أَلَّا يَجِدُوا۟ مَا يُنفِقُونَ ۞ إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَـْٔذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَآءُ ۚ رَضُوا۟ بِأَن يَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ يَعْتَذِرُونَ إِلَيْكُمْ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ ۚ قُل لَّا تَعْتَذِرُوا۟ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكُمْ قَدْ نَبَّأَنَا ٱللَّهُ مِنْ أَخْبَارِكُمْ ۚ وَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ سَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ إِذَا ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لِتُعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ فَأَعْرِضُوا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ رِجْسٌۭ ۖ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ يَحْلِفُونَ لَكُمْ لِتَرْضَوْا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۖ فَإِن تَرْضَوْا۟ عَنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَرْضَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ ٱلْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًۭا وَنِفَاقًۭا وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُوا۟ حُدُودَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًۭا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ ۚ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌۭ وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ قُرُبَٰتٍ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَصَلَوَٰتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّهَا قُرْبَةٌۭ لَّهُمْ ۚ سَيُدْخِلُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦٓ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُم بِإِحْسَٰنٍۢ رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى تَحْتَهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًۭا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ وَمِمَّنْ حَوْلَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مُنَٰفِقُونَ ۖ وَمِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ ۖ مَرَدُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنِّفَاقِ لَا تَعْلَمُهُمْ ۖ نَحْنُ نَعْلَمُهُمْ ۚ سَنُعَذِّبُهُم مَّرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ عَظِيمٍۢ وَءَاخَرُونَ ٱعْتَرَفُوا۟ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ خَلَطُوا۟ عَمَلًۭا صَٰلِحًۭا وَءَاخَرَ سَيِّئًا عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌ خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ صَدَقَةًۭ تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِم بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ إِنَّ صَلَوٰتَكَ سَكَنٌۭ لَّهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ يَقْبَلُ ٱلتَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِۦ وَيَأْخُذُ ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ وَقُلِ ٱعْمَلُوا۟ فَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۖ وَسَتُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ وَءَاخَرُونَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِأَمْرِ ٱللَّهِ إِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَإِمَّا يَتُوبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌۭ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مَسْجِدًۭا ضِرَارًۭا وَكُفْرًۭا وَتَفْرِيقًۢا بَيْنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِرْصَادًۭا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ مِن قَبْلُ ۚ وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَٰذِبُونَ لَا تَقُمْ فِيهِ أَبَدًۭا ۚ لَّمَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى ٱلتَّقْوَىٰ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِيهِ ۚ فِيهِ رِجَالٌۭ يُحِبُّونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُوا۟ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُطَّهِّرِينَ أَفَمَنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ تَقْوَىٰ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ خَيْرٌ أَم مَّنْ أَسَّسَ بُنْيَٰنَهُۥ عَلَىٰ شَفَا جُرُفٍ هَارٍۢ فَٱنْهَارَ بِهِۦ فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ لَا يَزَالُ بُنْيَٰنُهُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَنَوْا۟ رِيبَةًۭ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ إِلَّآ أَن تَقَطَّعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ۞ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱشْتَرَىٰ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَأَمْوَٰلَهُم بِأَنَّ لَهُمُ ٱلْجَنَّةَ ۚ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَيَقْتُلُونَ وَيُقْتَلُونَ ۖ وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّۭا فِى ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَٱلْإِنجِيلِ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ۚ وَمَنْ أَوْفَىٰ بِعَهْدِهِۦ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ فَٱسْتَبْشِرُوا۟ بِبَيْعِكُمُ ٱلَّذِى بَايَعْتُم بِهِۦ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ٱلتَّٰٓئِبُونَ ٱلْعَٰبِدُونَ ٱلْحَٰمِدُونَ ٱلسَّٰٓئِحُونَ ٱلرَّٰكِعُونَ ٱلسَّٰجِدُونَ ٱلْءَامِرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَٱلنَّاهُونَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَٱلْحَٰفِظُونَ لِحُدُودِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَن يَسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ أُو۟لِى قُرْبَىٰ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ وَمَا كَانَ ٱسْتِغْفَارُ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لِأَبِيهِ إِلَّا عَن مَّوْعِدَةٍۢ وَعَدَهَآ إِيَّاهُ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُۥٓ أَنَّهُۥ عَدُوٌّۭ لِّلَّهِ تَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُ ۚ إِنَّ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ لَأَوَّٰهٌ حَلِيمٌۭ وَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيُضِلَّ قَوْمًۢا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَىٰهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُبَيِّنَ لَهُم مَّا يَتَّقُونَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۚ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ وَلَا نَصِيرٍۢ لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ وَٱلْمُهَٰجِرِينَ وَٱلْأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِى سَاعَةِ ٱلْعُسْرَةِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا كَادَ يَزِيغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِيقٍۢ مِّنْهُمْ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمْ رَءُوفٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ وَعَلَى ٱلثَّلَٰثَةِ ٱلَّذِينَ خُلِّفُوا۟ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا ضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَظَنُّوٓا۟ أَن لَّا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّآ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ لِيَتُوبُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَكُونُوا۟ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ مَا كَانَ لِأَهْلِ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ أَن يَتَخَلَّفُوا۟ عَن رَّسُولِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَرْغَبُوا۟ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ عَن نَّفْسِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ لَا يُصِيبُهُمْ ظَمَأٌۭ وَلَا نَصَبٌۭ وَلَا مَخْمَصَةٌۭ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا يَطَـُٔونَ مَوْطِئًۭا يَغِيظُ ٱلْكُفَّارَ وَلَا يَنَالُونَ مِنْ عَدُوٍّۢ نَّيْلًا إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُم بِهِۦ عَمَلٌۭ صَٰلِحٌ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَ نَفَقَةًۭ صَغِيرَةًۭ وَلَا كَبِيرَةًۭ وَلَا يَقْطَعُونَ وَادِيًا إِلَّا كُتِبَ لَهُمْ لِيَجْزِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَحْسَنَ مَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ۞ وَمَا كَانَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لِيَنفِرُوا۟ كَآفَّةًۭ ۚ فَلَوْلَا نَفَرَ مِن كُلِّ فِرْقَةٍۢ مِّنْهُمْ طَآئِفَةٌۭ لِّيَتَفَقَّهُوا۟ فِى ٱلدِّينِ وَلِيُنذِرُوا۟ قَوْمَهُمْ إِذَا رَجَعُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَحْذَرُونَ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ قَٰتِلُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْكُفَّارِ وَلْيَجِدُوا۟ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةًۭ ۚ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ وَإِذَا مَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌۭ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ أَيُّكُمْ زَادَتْهُ هَٰذِهِۦٓ إِيمَٰنًۭا ۚ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَٰنًۭا وَهُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌۭ فَزَادَتْهُمْ رِجْسًا إِلَىٰ رِجْسِهِمْ وَمَاتُوا۟ وَهُمْ كَٰفِرُونَ أَوَلَا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُمْ يُفْتَنُونَ فِى كُلِّ عَامٍۢ مَّرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ لَا يَتُوبُونَ وَلَا هُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ وَإِذَا مَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌۭ نَّظَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ هَلْ يَرَىٰكُم مِّنْ أَحَدٍۢ ثُمَّ ٱنصَرَفُوا۟ ۚ صَرَفَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌۭ لَّا يَفْقَهُونَ لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌۭ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۭ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

Transliteration

Beraetun minallahi ve resulihi ilellezine ahedtum minel muşrikin . Fesihu fil ardı erbeate eşhurin va'lemu ennekum gayru mu'cizillahi ve ennallahe muhzil kafirin. Ve ezanun minallahi ve resulihi ilen nasi yevmel haccıl ekberi ennallahe beriun minel muşrikine ve resuluh , fe in tubtum fe huve hayrun lekum, ve in tevelleytum fa'lemu ennekum gayru mu'cizillah , ve beşşirillezine keferu bi azabin elim. İllellezine ahedtum minel muşrikine summe lem yankusukum şey'en ve lem yuzahiru aleykum ehaden fe etimmu ileyhim ahdehum ila muddetihim, innallahe yuhıbbul muttekin . Fe izenselehal eşhurul hurumu faktulul muşrikine haysu vecedtumuhum ve huzuhum vahsuruhum vak'udu lehum kulle marsad , fe in tabu ve ekamus salate ve atuz zekate fe hallu sebilehum, innallahe gafurun rahim. Ve in ehadun minel muşrikinestecareke fe ecirhu hatta yesmea kelamallahi summe eblighu me'meneh, zalike bi ennehum kavmun la ya'lemun. Keyfe yekunu lil muşrikine ahdun ındallahi ve ınde resulihi illellezine ahedtum ındel mescidil haram, fe mestekamu lekum festekimu lehum, innallahe yuhıbbul muttekin. Keyfe ve in yazheru aleykum la yerkubu fikum illen ve la zimmeh , yurdunekum bi efvahihim ve te'ba kulubuhum, ve ekseruhum fasikun. İşterev bi ayatillahi semenen kalilen fe saddu an sebilih,innehum sae ma kanu ya'melun. La yerkubune fi mu'minin illen ve la zimmeh, ve ulaike humul mu'tedun. Fe in tabu ve ekamus salate ve atuz zekate fe ıhvanukum fid din , ve nufassılul ayati li kavmin ya'lemun. Ve in nekesu eymanehum min ba'di ahdihim ve ta'anu fi dinikum fe katilu eimmetel kufri innehum la eymane lehum leallehum yentehun. E la tukatilune kavmen nekesu eymanehum ve hemmu bi ihracir resuli ve hum bedeukum evvele merreh, e tahşevnehum, fallahu ehakku en tahşevhu in kuntum mu'minin. Katiluhum yuazzibhumullahu bi eydikum ve yuhzihim ve yansurkum aleyhim ve yeşfi sudure kavmin mu'minin. Ve yuzhib gayza kulubihim, ve yetubullahu ala men yeşa'u, vallahu alimun hakim. Em hasibtum en tutreku ve lemma ya'lemillahullezine cahedu minkum ve lem yettehızu min dunillahi ve la resulihi ve lel mu'minine ve liceh, vallahu habirun bi ma ta'melun. Ma kane lil muşrikine en ya'muru mesacidallahi şahidine ala enfusihim bil kufr, ulaike habitat a'maluhum ve fin nari hum halidun . İnnema ya'muru mesacidallahi men amene billahi vel yevmil ahıri ve ekames salate ve atez zekate ve lem yahşe illallahe fe asa ulaike en yekunu minel muhtedin. E cealtum sikayetel hacci ve ımaretel mescidil harami ke men amene billahi vel yevmil ahıri ve cahede fi sebilillah, la yestevune ındallah, vallahu la yehdil kavmez zalimin. Ellezine amenu ve haceru ve cahedu fi sebilillahi bi emvalihim ve enfusihim a'zamu dereceten ındallah ve ulaike humul faizun . Yubeşşiruhum rabbuhum bi rahmetin minhu ve rıdvanin ve cennatin lehum fiha naimun mukim. Halidine fiha ebeda, innallahe indehu ecrun azim . Ya eyyuhellezine amenu la tettehızu abaekum ve ihvanekum evliyae inistehabbul kufre alel imani, ve men yetevellehum minkum fe ulaike humuz zalimun. Kul in kane abaukum ve ebnaukum ve ıhvanukum ve ezvacukum ve aşiretukum ve emvalunıktereftumuha ve ticaretun tahşevne kesadeha ve mesakinu terdavneha ehabbe ileykum minallahi ve resulihi ve cihadin fi sebilihi fe terabbesu hatta ye' tiyallahu bi emrih, vallahu la yehdil kavmel fasikin. Lekad nasarakumullahu fi mevatıne kesiretin ve yevme huneynin iz a'cebetkum kesretukum fe lem tugni ankum şey'en ve dakat aleykumul ardu bi ma rehubet summe velleytum mudbirine. Summe enzelallahu sekinetehu ala resuli-hi ve alel mu'minine ve enzele cunuden lem terev-ha ve azzebellezine keferu ve zalike cezaul kafirin. Summe yetubullahu min ba'di zalike ala men yeşa'u, vallahu gafurun rahim. Ya eyyuhellezine amenu innemal muşrikune necesun fe la yakrebul mescidel harame ba'de amihim haza ve in hıftum ayleten fe sevfe yugnikumullahu min fadlihi in şae, innallahe alimun hakim. Katilullezine la yu'minune billahi ve la bil yevmil ahıri ve la yuharrimune ma harremallahu ve resuluhu ve la yedinune dinel hakkı minellezine utul kitabe hatta yu'tul cizyete an yedin ve hum sagirun. Ve kaletil yahudu uzeyrunibnullahi ve kaletin nasarel mesihubnullah zalike kavluhum bi efvahihim yudahiune kavlellezine keferu min kabl katelehumullah enna yu'fekun. İttehazu ahbarehum ve ruhbanehum erbaben min dunillahi vel mesihabne meryem, ve ma umiru illa li ya'budu ilahen vahida ,la ilahe illa huve, subhanehu amma yuşrikun. Yuridune en yutfiu nurallahi bi efvahihim ve ye'ballahu illa en yutimme nurehu ve lev kerihel kafirun. Huvellezi ersele resulehu bil huda ve dinil hakkı li yuzhirehu aled dini kullihi ve lev kerihel muşrikun. Ya eyyuhellezine amenu inne kesiren minel ahbari ver ruhbani le ye'kulune emvalen nasi bil batıli ve yasuddune an sebilillah, vellezine yeknizunez zehebe vel fıddate ve la yunfikuneha fi sebilillahi fe beşşirhum bi azabin elim. Yevme yuhma aleyha fi nari cehenneme fe tukva biha cibahuhum ve cunubuhum ve zuhuruhum, haza ma keneztum li enfusikum fe zuku ma kuntum teknizun. İnne iddeteş şuhuri indallahisna aşere şehren fi kitabillahi yevme halakas semavati vel arda minha erbeatun huruma zaliked dinul kayyimu fe la tazlimu fihinne enfusekum ve katilul muşrikine kaffeten kema yukatilunekum kaffeh, va'lemu ennallahe meal muttekin. İnnemen nesiu ziyadetun fil kufri yudallu bihillezine keferu yuhillunehu amen ve yuharrimunehu amen li yuvatiu iddete ma harremallahu fe yuhillu ma harremallah, zuyyine lehum suu a'malihim, vallahu la yehdil kavmel kafirin. Ya eyyuhellezine amenu ma lekum iza kile lekumunfiru fi sebilillahissakaltum ilel ard, e raditum bil hayatid dunya minel ahireh, fe ma metaul hayatid dunya fil ahireti illa kalil. İlla tenfiru yuazzibkum azaben elimen ve yestebdil kavmen gayrekum ve la tedurruhu şey'a , vallahu ala kulli şey'in kadir. İlla tensuruhu fe kad nasarahullahu iz ahrecehullezine keferu saniyesneyni iz huma fil gari iz yekulu li sahibihi la tahzen innallahe meana, fe enzelallahu sekinetehu aleyhi ve eyyedehu bicunudin lem terevha ve ceale kelimetellezine keferus sufla, ve kelimetullahi hiyel ulya vallahu azizun hakim . İnfiru hıfafen ve sikalen ve cahidu bi emvalikum ve enfusikum fi sebilillah, zalikum hayrun lekum in kuntum ta'lemun. Lev kane aradan kariben ve seferen kasıden lettebeuke ve lakin beudet aleyhimuş şukkah, ve seyahlifune billahi levisteta'na leharecna meakum, yuhlikune enfusehum, vallahu ya'lemu innehum le kazibun. Afallahu ank, lime ezinte lehum hatta yetebeyyene lekellezine sadaku ve ta'lemel kazibin. La yeste'zinukellezine yu'minune billahi vel yevmil ahiri en yucahidu bi emvalihim ve enfusihim,vallahu alimun bil muttekin. İnnema yeste'zinulkellezine la yu'minune billahi vel yevmil ahiri vertabet kulubuhum fe hum fi reybihim yetereddedun. Ve lev eradul huruce le eaddu lehu uddeten ve lakin kerihallahunbiasehum fe sebbetahum ve kilak'udu meal kaidin . Lev harecu fikum ma zadukum illa habalen ve la evdau hılalekum yebgunekumul fitneh, ve fikum semmaune lehum, vallahu alimun biz zalimin. Lekadibtegul fitnete min kablu ve kallebu lekel umure hatta cael hakku ve zahere emrullahi ve hum karihun. Ve minhum men yekulu'zen li ve la teftinni, e la fil fitneti sekatu, ve inne cehenneme le muhitatun bil kafirin. İn tusıbke hasenetun tesu'hum, ve in tusıbke musibetun yekulu kad ehazna emrena min kablu ve yetevellev ve hum ferihun. Kul len yusibena illa ma keteballahu lena, huve mevlana, ve alallahi fel yetevekkelil mu'minun. Kul hel terabbesune bina illa ıhdel husneyeyn ve nahnu neterabbesu bikum en yusibekumullahu bi azabin min indihi ev bi eydina, fe terabbasu inna meakum muterabbisun. Kul enfiku tav'an ev kerhen len yutekabbele minkum, innekum kuntum kavmen fasikin. Ve ma meneahum en tukbele minhum nefekatuhum illa ennehum keferu billahi ve bi resulihi ve la ye'tunes salate illa ve humkusala ve la yunfikune illa ve hum karihun. Fe la tu'cibke emvaluhum ve la evladuhum, innema yuridullahu li yuazzibehum biha fil hayatid dunya ve tezheka enfusuhum ve hum kafirun. Ve yahlifune billahi innehum le minkum, ve ma hum minkum ve lakinnehum kavmun yefrekun. Lev yecidune melce'en ev magaratin ev muddehalen le vellev ileyhi ve hum yecmehun. Ve minhum men yelmizuke fis sadakat, fe in u'tu minha radu ve in lem yu'tav minha iza hum yeshatun. Ve lev ennehum radu ma atahumullahu ve resuluhu ve kalu hasbunallahu se yu'tinallahu min fadlihi ve resuluhu inna ilallahi ragıbun. İnnemas sadakatu lil fukarai vel mesakini vel amiline aleyha vel muellefeti kulubuhum ve fir rikabi vel garimine ve fi sebilillahi vebnissebil, faridaten minallah, vallahu alimun hakim. Ve minhumullezine yu'zunen nebiyye ve yekulune huve uzun, kul uzunu hayrin lekum yu'minu billahi ve yu'minu lil mu'minine ve rahmetun lillezine amenu minkum, vellezine yu'zune resulallahi lehum azabun elim. Yahlifune billahi lekum li yurdukum, vallahu ve resuluhu ehakku en yurduhu in kanu mu'minin. E lem ya'lemu ennehu men yuhadidillahe ve resulehu fe enne lehu nare cehenneme haliden fiha, zalikel hızyul azim. Yahzerul munafikune en tunezzele aleyhim suretun tunebbiuhum bi ma fi kulubihim, kulistehziu, innallahe muhricun ma tahzerun. Ve lein se'eltehum le yekulunne innema kunna nahudu ve nel'ab, kul e billahi ve ayatihi ve resulihi kuntum testehziun . La ta'teziru kad kefertum ba'de imanikum, in na'fu an taifetin minkum nuazzib taifeten bi ennehum kanu mucrimin. El munafikune vel munafikatu ba'duhum min ba'd, ye'murune bil munkeri ve yenhevne anil ma'rufi ve yakbidune eydiyehum nesullahe fe nesiyehum innel munafıkine humul fasikun. Vaadallahul munafikine vel munafikati vel kuffare nare cehenneme halidine fiha hiye hasbuhum, ve leanehumullah ve lehum azabun mukim . Kellezine min kablikum kanu eşedde minkum kuvveten ve eksere emvalen ve evlada, festemteu bi halakihim, festemta'tum bi halakikum kemastemteallezine min kablikum bi halakihim ve hudtum kellezi hadu, ulaike habitat a'maluhum fid dunya vel ahıreh, ve ulaike humul hasirun . Ve iza ma unzilet suretun fe minhum men yekulu eyyukum zadethu hazihi imana, fe emmellezine amenu fe zadethum imanen ve hum yestebşirun. Ve emmellezine fi kulubihim maradun fe zadethum ricsen ila ricsihim ve matu ve hum kafirun. E ve la yerevne ennehum yuftenune fi kulli amin merreten ev merreteyni summe la yetubune ve la hum yezzekkerun. Ve iza ma unzilet suretun nazara ba'duhum ila ba'd, hel yerakum min ehadin summensarafu, sarafallahu kulubehum bi ennehum kavmun la yefkahun. Lekad caekum resulun min enfusikum aziz, aleyhi ma anittum harisun aleykum bil mu'minine raufun rahim. Fe in tevellev fe kul hasbiyallah, la ilahe illa huv, aleyhi tevekkeltu ve huve rabbul arşil azim.

A proclamation from Allah and His Messenger to those polytheists with whom you have made a treaty: You may roam the earth for four months more. Know that you cannot frustrate Allah, and that Allah will disgrace the disbelievers. However, fulfill the treaty with those polytheists who have not violated their oaths against you and who have not supported anyone against you. Indeed, Allah loves the righteous. When the sacred months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them; capture them and besiege them; and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they repent, establish prayer, and give zakat, then let them go on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. If one of the polytheists seeks your protection, grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah. Then escort him to where he is safe. This is because they are a people who do not know. As for those with whom you have made a treaty near Al-Masjid Al-Haram, how could they have a treaty with Allah and His Messenger? As long as they are true to you, be true to them. Indeed, Allah loves those who are conscious of Him. How can it be that if they gain the upper hand over you, they would not respect ties of kinship or uphold a treaty? They seek to please you with their mouths, but their hearts refuse. Most of them are transgressors. They have exchanged the signs of Allah for a small price and have hindered others from His way. Indeed, what they have done is evil! They do not respect the ties of kinship or uphold a treaty with any believer. It is they who are the transgressors. If they repent, establish prayer, and give zakat, they will be your brothers in faith. We explain the verses in detail for people of knowledge. If they break their oaths after their treaty and attack your religion, then fight against the leaders of disbelief; indeed, their oaths mean nothing; perhaps they will cease. Should you not fight a people who broke their oaths and aimed to expel the Messenger? Do you fear them? Allah is most deserving that you should fear Him, if you are believers. Fight them so that Allah may punish them by your hand and disgrace them and give you victory over them and soothe the hearts of the believers and remove the fury from their hearts. Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. Allah is All-Knowing and Wise. Providing water to those who come for Hajj, repairing Al-Masjid Al-Haram, Do you equate those who believe in Allah and the Last Day with those who strive in the way of Allah? They are not equal in the sight of Allah; Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. Those who believe, migrate, and strive with their wealth and lives in the way of Allah have the highest ranks in the sight of Allah. It is they who are the successful ones. Their Lord gives them mercy from Himself, and glad tidings of gardens wherein are everlasting delights. Indeed, a great reward is with Allah. O believers! Do not take your fathers and your brothers as allies if they prefer disbelief over faith. And whoever of you does so, it is those who are the wrongdoers. Say, "If your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, your relatives, the wealth which you have obtained, the commerce in which you fear decline, and the dwellings in which you delight are more beloved to you than Allah and His Messenger and jihad in His cause, then wait until Allah executes His command. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people." And certainly, Allah had given you victory at many places, and on the day of Hunayn, when your great numbers impressed you, but they availed you nothing, and the earth, despite its vastness, constricted for you, then you turned back in retreat. Then Allah sent down His tranquility upon His Messenger and upon the believers and sent down soldiers whom you did not see, and He punished those who disbelieved. And that is the punishment of the disbelievers. Allah will accept the repentance of whom He wills. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. O believers! Indeed, the polytheists are unclean, so let them not approach the Sacred Mosque after this year. And if you fear poverty, Allah will enrich you from His bounty if He wills. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Wise. Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture, until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled. The Jews say, "Uzayr is the son of Allah," and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is the statement of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before them. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded! They have taken their rabbis and their monks as lords besides Allah, and [they have taken] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him. They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will complete His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. It is He who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth to manifest it over all religion, although those who associate others with Allah dislike it. O believers! Many of the rabbis and monks consume the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment. The Day when that [wealth] will be heated in the Fire of Hell and seared therewith will be their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs. It will be said, "This is what you hoarded for yourselves; now taste what you used to hoard." Indeed, the number of months in the sight of Allah is twelve months in the Book of Allah, the Day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them. And fight against the polytheists all together as they fight against you all together. And know that Allah is with the righteous. Indeed, the postponing [of sacred months] is an increase in disbelief, by which those who have disbelieved are led astray. They make it lawful one year and unlawful another year to correspond to the number of months which Allah has made sacred, and thus make lawful what Allah has forbidden. Their evil deeds have been made pleasing to them. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. They consider it forbidden for one year and permissible for another, thus making what Allah has prohibited permissible. Their evil deeds have been made to appear good to them. Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. O believers! What has happened to you that when it is said, "Go forth in the way of Allah," you sink down to the ground? The life of this world is but a little enjoyment compared to the Hereafter. If you do not go forth, Allah will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another people. You cannot harm Him at all. Allah is All-Powerful. If you do not help him (Muhammad), know that Allah had already helped him when the disbelievers expelled him from Mecca, being one of the two in the cave. He said to his companion (Abu Bakr), "Do not grieve, for Allah is with us." Allah gave him reassurance and supported him with unseen soldiers and made the word of the disbelievers the lowest. But the word of Allah is the highest. Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. Whether willing or unwilling, all of you go forth to fight. Strive in the way of Allah with your wealth and your lives. If you know, it is better for you. If it had been an easy gain and a short journey, they would have followed you, but the path was too long for them, and they will swear by Allah, "If we had been able, we would have gone forth with you." Allah knows that they are liars. May Allah forgive you; why did you give them permission before it became clear to you who were truthful and who were liars? Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day do not ask you for exemption from fighting with their wealth and their lives. And Allah knows the righteous. But those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, their hearts are filled with doubt, and they waver in their doubts, they ask you for exemption. If they had intended to go forth, they would have prepared for it. But Allah disapproved of their behavior and kept them back. It was said, "Sit with those who sit." If they had gone forth among you, they would have only added to your troubles and sought to sow discord among you. Among you are some who listen to them. Allah knows the wrongdoers. Indeed, they had previously sought to create discord. They were plotting against you, but in the end, the truth became evident, and Allah's command prevailed. Among them is one who says, "Grant me permission and do not put me into trial." Know that they have already fallen into trial. Hell will surely encompass the disbelievers. When good befalls you, it distresses them; but if a misfortune strikes you, they say, "We took precautions beforehand," and they turn away rejoicing. Say: "Nothing will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us. He is our Protector, and in Allah let the believers put their trust." Say: "Are you waiting for anything other than one of the two good things, martyrdom or victory? But we are waiting for Allah to inflict upon you either a punishment from Himself or by our hands. So wait; indeed, we are waiting with you." Say: "Whether willingly or unwillingly, give; it will not be accepted from you. Indeed, you are a transgressing people." What prevents their contributions from being accepted is that they have disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and they come to prayer lazily and give reluctantly. So let not their wealth and children impress you. Allah intends to punish them in this world and that their souls should depart while they are disbelievers. They swear by Allah that they are with you, but they are not with you; they are a fearful people. If they could find a refuge or caves or a place to enter, they would turn to it, running in haste. There are those who speak ill of the charities. If they are given of them, they are pleased, but if they are not given of them, immediately they become angry. If they had been content with what Allah and His Messenger had given them and said, "Allah is sufficient for us; He and His Messenger will surely give us of His bounty; indeed, we are the ones who have faith in Allah," it would have been better for them. The alms are prescribed by Allah for the poor, the needy, those who collect them, for those whose hearts are to be reconciled, for freeing slaves, for those in debt, for the cause of Allah, and for the wayfarer. Allah is All-Knowing and All-Wise. Among the hypocrites are those who hurt the Messenger by saying, "He listens to everything." Say, "That listening is for those who believe in Allah and His Messenger, and it is a mercy for the believers among you." For those who hurt the Messenger of Allah is a painful punishment. They swear by Allah to please you. If they truly believe, it is more fitting for them to please Allah and His Messenger. Do they not know that whoever opposes Allah and His Messenger, for him is the fire of Hell, wherein he will abide eternally? That is indeed a great disgrace. The hypocrites fear lest a surah be revealed concerning what is in their hearts. Say, "Mock on; indeed, Allah will bring to light what you fear." If you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and playing." Say, "Was it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Do not make excuses; you have disbelieved after your faith. If We pardon a faction of you, We will punish another faction among you because they were criminals. The hypocrite men and women are of one another; they enjoin what is wrong and forbid what is right, and they close their fists. They have forgotten Allah, so He has forgotten them. Indeed, the hypocrites are the defiantly disobedient. Allah has prepared for the hypocrite men and women and the disbelievers the fire of Hell, wherein they will abide eternally. It is sufficient for them. Allah has cursed them, and for them is an enduring punishment. O hypocrites! You are like those before you who were stronger than you and had more wealth and children, and they enjoyed their share. Just as those before you enjoyed their share, you have enjoyed your share, and you have engaged in vain talk as they did. Those are the ones whose deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and it is they who are the losers. Has the news of those before them, the people of Noah, 'Aad, Thamud, the people of Ibrahim, the people of Midian, and the overturned cities not reached them? Their messengers came to them with clear proofs. Allah did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves. The believing men and believing women are allies of one another; they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong; they establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those Allah will have mercy upon. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. Allah has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of Eternity. And approval from Allah is greater. That is the great attainment. O Prophet! Fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination. They swore by Allah that they had not spoken, while they had indeed spoken the word of disbelief and had disbelieved after their Islam, and they had intended what they could not attain. And Allah and His Messenger had certainly enriched them out of His bounty. If they repent, it will be better for them; but if they turn away, Allah will punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will not have upon the earth any protector or helper. Among them are those who say, "If Allah gives us from His bounty, we will surely give charity and be among the righteous." And there are those who swear to Him, saying, "We will be among the righteous." But when Allah grants them of His bounty, they become stingy and turn away. Indeed, they are prone to turning back. Because they broke their covenant with Allah and were liars, Allah has put hypocrisy in their hearts until the Day they will meet Him. Do the hypocrites not know that Allah knows their secrets and their private conversations, and that Allah is All-Knowing of the unseen? Allah will punish those who mock the believers who give charity willingly and those who can only give what they can afford; they will have a painful punishment. Whether you ask for their forgiveness or do not ask for their forgiveness, it is all the same; even if you ask forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah will not forgive them. This is because they have disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger. And Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people. Those who remained behind against the command of Allah's Messenger were pleased to sit idle. They did not like to strive with their wealth and their lives in the cause of Allah. They said, "Do not march out in the heat." Say, "The Fire of Hell is hotter." If only they knew! As a consequence of what they have done, let them laugh little and weep much. When Allah brings you back and they ask permission to go out with you, say, "You will never go out with me, nor will you fight an enemy with me; you were satisfied to sit idle at home from the beginning. So sit with those who stay behind." And do not pray over any of them who dies, nor stand at his grave. Indeed, they have disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger and died while being defiantly disobedient. Let not their wealth and children impress you; Allah intends to punish them with them in this world and that their souls should depart while they are disbelievers. If a Surah were to be revealed commanding them to believe in Allah and to fight in the cause of Allah, they would have asked you for permission to go out. They would have said, "Leave us to be with those who sit idle." They were content to be with the women who remained behind. Their hearts have been sealed, so they do not understand. But the Messenger and those who believed with him fought with their wealth and their lives. Those are the ones who will have good things, and it is they who will attain success. Allah has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide eternally. That is the great victory. And among the Bedouins are those who came to make excuses, and those who lied against Allah and His Messenger remained behind without making excuses. Those among them who disbelieved will be punished with a painful punishment. There is no blame upon the weak, the ill, or those who do not find anything to spend, as long as they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger. There is no blame upon the doers of good. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. There is no blame upon those who, when they came to you to be provided with mounts, you said, "I cannot find anything to mount you on," and they turned away with their eyes overflowing with tears out of grief that they could not find anything to spend. The blame is only upon those who ask for permission while they are rich and are content to be with those who remain behind, and Allah has sealed their hearts so they do not know. When you return from battle, they will make excuses to you. Say, "Do not make excuses; we will not believe you. Allah has informed us of your news. Allah and His Messenger will see your deeds. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you of what you used to do." They will swear to you by Allah when you return to them so that you may turn away from them. So turn away from them; indeed, they are unclean. And their refuge will be Hell as a reward for what they used to earn. They will give you and you will give them. Even if you are pleased with them, Allah is not pleased with those who have gone astray. The Bedouins are more entrenched in disbelief and hypocrisy than others. It is more fitting for them not to know the limits of what Allah has revealed to His Messenger. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Among the Bedouins are those who consider their spending in Allah's cause as a burden and are waiting for calamities to befall you. May calamities be upon them; Allah hears and knows. Among the Bedouins are those who believe in Allah and the Day of Judgment, and consider their spending as a means of worship and a way to attain the prayers of the Prophet in the sight of Allah. Know that what they give is indeed an act of worship for them. Allah will have mercy on them. Indeed, Allah forgives and is merciful. Allah is pleased with the foremost among the Muhajirun and the Ansar, and those who follow them in goodness; they are also pleased with Allah. Allah has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever; this is the great success. Among the Bedouins are hypocrites, and among the people of Medina are those who persist in hypocrisy. You do not know them; We know them. We will punish them twice; then they will be brought to a great punishment. Some of those who remained behind in the battle confessed their sins. They had mixed good deeds with evil. It is hoped that Allah will accept their repentance; indeed, He is Forgiving, Merciful. Take a portion of their wealth as alms to purify and sanctify them, and pray for them; your prayer is a source of security for them. Allah hears and knows. Do they not know that Allah accepts the repentance of His servants and takes the alms? Allah is the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful. Say: "Do as you will; Allah, His Messenger, and the believers will see what you do. You will be returned to the All-Knowing of the unseen and the seen, and He will inform you of what you used to do." The fate of some of those who remained behind in the battle is subject to Allah's command. Allah may punish them or accept their repentance. He is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Those who cause harm, deny the truth, and create discord among the believers, and those who have built a mosque as a pretext to spy against Allah and His Messenger, swearing, "We only intended good," are indeed liars, as Allah is a witness. Do not enter that mosque! It is more fitting for you to be in a mosque that was founded from the first day on the basis of piety and seeking to please Allah. There are people there who wish to purify themselves. Allah loves those who purify themselves. Is he who constructs his structure on the fear of Allah and seeking His pleasure better, or he who constructs his structure on the edge of a crumbling precipice, so that it falls with him into the Fire of Hell? Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. Their building will remain a source of doubt and anguish in their hearts until their hearts are torn apart. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their wealth in exchange for Paradise, a right promised in the Torah, the Gospel, and the Qur'an. Who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? So rejoice in your trade, for this is the great success. And give glad tidings to those who repent to Allah, worship Him, praise Him, strive in His cause, bow and prostrate, enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and observe the limits set by Allah. It is not fitting for the Prophet and the believers to ask forgiveness for the polytheists, even if they are relatives, after it has become clear that they are the companions of Hell. Ibrahim's asking for forgiveness for his father was only due to a promise he had made to him. It was due to this. Allah does not lead a people astray after He has guided them, unless He has made clear to them what they should avoid. Indeed, Allah knows everything. The dominion of the heavens and the earth certainly belongs to Allah; He is the One who gives life and causes death. You have no protector or helper besides Allah. Indeed, Allah accepted the repentance of the emigrants and the helpers, and of those whose hearts were about to falter at a time of distress, for they followed the Prophet. He accepted their repentance because He is compassionate and merciful towards them. Despite the vastness of the earth, it became constricted for them, and they understood that there was no refuge except for Allah. Allah also accepted the repentance of three individuals who had lagged behind in battle. Allah accepted their repentance because they repented. Indeed, He is the Most Accepting of Repentance, the Most Merciful. O believers! Fear Allah and be with the truthful. It is not fitting for the Medinans and those around them from the Bedouins to lag behind the Messenger of Allah in battle, nor to prefer themselves to him. For in the way of Allah, enduring thirst, fatigue, and hunger, and occupying a place that angers the disbelievers, and achieving victory over the enemy, surely, their good deeds are recorded. Indeed, Allah does not let the reward of those who do good go to waste. Allah records everything they spend, whether little or much, and every path they walk, to give them the best reward. Believers should not all go out to battle. Rather, a group from each community should remain behind to gain a deeper understanding of the religion and to warn their people when they return, so that perhaps they may avoid wrongdoing. O believers! Fight against the disbelievers who are near to you; let them find harshness in you. Know that Allah is with those who fear Him. When a surah is revealed, there are hypocrites among them who say, "Which of you has had his faith increased by this?" As for the believers, it has increased their faith, and they rejoice in it. But as for those in whose hearts is a disease, it has added filth to their filth, and they die as disbelievers. Do they not see that they are tried once or twice a year? Yet they do not repent, nor do they take heed. When a surah is revealed, they look at one another, saying, "Does anyone see you?" Then they turn away. Despite being a foolish group, Allah has turned their hearts away from faith. O believers! Indeed, there has come to you a Messenger from among yourselves; it is grievous to him that you should suffer; he is concerned for you, and is compassionate and merciful to the believers. If they turn away, say: "Allah is sufficient for me; there is no deity except Him; in Him alone I trust; He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne."
