Translation (EN)
I swear by the angels who stand in rows, who drive forward what is before them, and who remember Allah as they do so, that your God is One; the Lord of the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them, including the places of sunrise. Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with stars and have made it secure against every rebellious devil. They cannot listen to the exalted assembly; they are driven away from every side and will have a constant punishment. They cannot listen to the exalted assembly; they are driven away from every side and will have a constant punishment. Let there be a single word that they may catch; a piercing flame will pursue it. Ask those who associate partners with Allah: Is it more difficult to create them or to create the heavens that We have created? Indeed, We created them from sticky clay. Yes, you are astonished at them, while they mock you. When they are reminded, they do not listen to the admonition. When they see a sign, they take it as a joke. They say, "This is clearly magic; when we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again, as our forefathers were?" They say, "This is clearly magic; when we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again, as our forefathers were?" They say, "This is clearly magic; when we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again, as our forefathers were?" Say: "Yes, and you will be humiliated." It will be a single cry, and they will look on. They will say, "Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment." They will be told, "This is the Day of Judgment, which you denied." It will be commanded to the concerned: "Gather together the wrongdoers, along with their companions, and those they worship besides Allah. Lead them to the path of Hell." It will be commanded to the concerned: "Gather together the wrongdoers, along with their companions, and those they worship besides Allah. Lead them to the path of Hell." "Stop them; for they will be questioned." They will be asked, "What is the matter with you that you do not help one another?" No; today they have surrendered. They will turn to one another and ask. They will say to their leaders, "Indeed, you appeared to us as if you were on the right path." They will say, "No; you were not believers." "We had no power over you. Rather, you were a transgressing people." "Therefore, the word of our Lord has come into effect against us; indeed, we will taste the punishment." "We led you astray, for we ourselves were astray." On that Day, they will all share in the punishment. Indeed, thus do We deal with the criminals. When it is said to them, "There is no deity except Allah," they indeed become arrogant. They would say, "Shall we abandon our gods for a mad poet?" No; he brought the truth and confirmed the messengers. Indeed, you will taste a painful punishment. You will not be recompensed except for what you used to do. Except for the sincere servants of Allah. Here is the provision and the fruits that have been promised. They are the ones for whom there are gardens of bliss, where they are served upon raised couches. Indeed, the provisions and fruits that have been mentioned are for them. They are the ones for whom there are gardens of bliss, where they are served upon raised couches. Indeed, the provisions and fruits that have been mentioned are for them. They are the ones for whom there are gardens of bliss, where they are served upon raised couches. Indeed, the provisions and fruits that have been mentioned are for them. They are the ones for whom there are gardens of bliss, where they are served upon raised couches. Cups filled from a white fountain, which do not cause headaches nor intoxicate, are presented to them, bringing delight to those who drink. Cups filled from a white fountain, which do not cause headaches nor intoxicate, are presented to them, bringing delight to those who drink. Cups filled from a white fountain, which do not cause headaches nor intoxicate, are presented to them, bringing delight to those who drink. And beside them are beautiful-eyed companions, chaste as hidden eggs, who only gaze at their spouses. And beside them are beautiful-eyed companions, chaste as hidden eggs, who only gaze at their spouses. They turn to one another and ask: One of them says, "I had a companion who would say to me: 'Are you indeed among those who affirm that we will be resurrected after we have become decayed bones and dust?'" One of them says, "I had a companion who would say to me: 'Are you indeed among those who affirm that we will be resurrected after we have become decayed bones and dust?'" One of them says, "I had a companion who would say to me: 'Are you indeed among those who affirm that we will be resurrected after we have become decayed bones and dust?'" He asks those around him, "Do you know him?" Then he sees him in the midst of Hellfire. He says to him, "By Allah, you almost brought me to ruin." "Had it not been for the grace of my Lord, I would have been among those brought there." "We will not die after the first death, will we? Nor will we be punished, right?" "We will not die after the first death, will we? Nor will we be punished, right?" Indeed, this is the great salvation. So let those who strive strive for this. Is this hospitality better, or the tree of Zaqqum? We have made that tree a torment for the wrongdoers. It is a tree that springs forth from the bottom of Hell. Its buds are like the heads of devils. Indeed, the inhabitants of Hell will eat from it and fill their bellies with it. Then, they will have a drink mixed with boiling water, which is surely for them. Indeed, their return will be to Hell. They had found their forefathers astray, and they were hastening in their footsteps. Many of the previous nations had indeed gone astray before them. We had certainly sent warners among them. So look at how the end of those who were warned but did not heed was. Indeed, Allah's devoted servants are not among them. Indeed, Noah had called upon Us, and We responded to his supplication. We saved him and his family from the great distress. And We made his progeny endure. And We left for him a good name among those who came after him: "Peace be upon Noah among the worlds." And We left for him a good name among those who came after him: "Peace be upon Noah among the worlds." Thus do We reward the doers of good. Indeed, he was among Our believing servants. Then, We drowned the others. And indeed, Abraham was among those who followed his path. He came to his Lord with a sound heart. Abraham said to his father and his people: "What are you worshipping?" "Do you desire false gods instead of Allah?" "What is your opinion about the Lord of the worlds?" Abraham looked at the stars and said, "Indeed, I am ill." Abraham looked at the stars and said, "Indeed, I am ill." He said, "I am ill." They left him and went away. He then secretly turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat what is presented to you? Why do you not speak?" Finally, he approached them and struck them forcefully. Upon this, the idolaters rushed to him. Ibrahim said to them, "Do you worship what you carve? While it is Allah who created you and what you carve." The idolaters said, "Build for him a structure and throw him into the fire." They intended to devise against him, but We made them the lowest. Ibrahim said, "Indeed, I am leaving you and what you invoke besides Allah; I will call upon my Lord. Perhaps I will not be disappointed in my Lord." He prayed, "My Lord! Grant me a child among the righteous." So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy. When the boy reached the age of working with him, he said, "O my son! Indeed, I have seen in a dream that I must sacrifice you; so see what you think." He said, "O my father! Do as you are commanded; if Allah wills, you will find me among the patient." So when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead, We called to him, "O Ibrahim! You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. Indeed, this was a manifest trial. And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice. And We left for him a good name among later generations. "Peace be upon Ibrahim." Thus do We reward the doers of good. Indeed, he was among Our believing servants. And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous. And We blessed him and Isaac; and among their descendants were the doers of good and clearly unjust to themselves. And We had certainly bestowed favor upon Musa and Harun. And We saved them and their people from the great affliction. And We helped them, and they were the predominant. And We gave them the clear Scripture. And We guided them on the straight path. And We left for them a good name among later generations. "Peace be upon Musa and Harun." Thus do We reward the doers of good. Indeed, both were among Our believing servants. And indeed, Ilyas was among the messengers. When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? Do you invoke Baal and abandon the best of creators, Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" But they denied him, and they will surely be brought forth to Hell. They were to be taken away. Upon this, they had denied him. Except for Allah's sincerely devoted servants, all of them would be taken to Hell. Then, among those who came later, we left a greeting of "Peace be upon Elias." Indeed, we reward the righteous in this manner. He was among our believing servants. Certainly, Lut was also one of the prophets. We had saved Lut and all of his family, except for an old woman who remained behind. We had saved Lut and all of his family, except for an old woman who remained behind. Then we had destroyed the others. Morning and evening, you pass by their places. Do you not reflect? Morning and evening, you pass by their places. Do you not reflect? Indeed, Yunus was also one of the prophets. He had fled to a full ship. He had drawn lots with those on the ship and was among the losers, thus he was thrown into the sea. While blaming himself, a fish had swallowed him. Had he not been among those who glorify Allah, he would have remained in the belly of the fish until the Day of Resurrection. Had he not been among those who glorify Allah, he would have remained in the belly of the fish until the Day of Resurrection. We brought him to the shore in a weak state. For him, we caused a plant with broad leaves to grow. We sent him as a prophet to a hundred thousand or more people. In the end, they believed in him, and we provided for them for a time. Ask the idolaters, "Are daughters for your Lord and sons for them?" Or were they present when We created the angels as females? Be cautious; indeed, they are fabricating lies and saying, "Allah has begotten." They are certainly liars. Be cautious; indeed, they are fabricating lies and saying, "Allah has begotten." They are certainly liars. Has Allah preferred daughters over sons? What is the matter with you? How do you judge? Do you not think? Or do you have a clear proof? If you are truthful, then bring your book. They have created a lineage between Allah and the jinn (angels). Indeed, the jinn know that they will be brought to account. Allah is exalted above what they describe. Allah's sincerely devoted servants are free from these. You and what you worship are not but a cause of misguidance for anyone other than those who will enter Hell. You and what you worship are not but a cause of misguidance for anyone other than those who will enter Hell. You and what you worship are not but a cause of misguidance for anyone other than those who will enter Hell. The angels say, "Indeed, each of us has a known position. Surely, we are those who stand in rows, indeed, we are those who glorify Allah." The angels say, "Indeed, each of us has a known position. Surely, we are those who stand in rows, indeed, we are those who glorify Allah." The angels say, "Indeed, each of us has a known position. Surely, we are those who stand in rows, indeed, we are those who glorify Allah." The idolaters would say, "If we had a book like those before us, we would surely be among Allah's sincerely devoted servants." The idolaters would say, "If we had a book like those before us, we would surely be among Allah's sincerely devoted servants." The idolaters would say, "If we had a book like those before us, we would surely be among Allah's sincerely devoted servants." Yet, they denied him. But they will come to know. Indeed, We have made a promise to our prophet servants. They will surely receive help. Our army will surely be victorious. For a time. Do not pay attention to them. Watch for the punishment that will descend upon them, and they will see it. Are they hastening the punishment? When the punishment descends upon their homes, how evil will be the morning of those who were warned but did not heed! Turn away from them for a time. Watch for the punishment that will descend upon them, and they will see it. Your Lord, the Mighty, is exalted above what they describe. And peace be upon the messengers. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
