Translation (EN)

When the hypocrites come to you, they say, "We bear witness that you are indeed the Messenger of Allah." And Allah knows that you are indeed His Messenger, and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are liars. They take their oaths as a shield and hinder from the way of Allah. Indeed, how evil is what they do! This is because they believed, then disbelieved; so their hearts are sealed, and they do not understand. If you see them, their bodies please you; and if they speak, you listen to their speech. They are like wooden logs propped up. They think that every shout is against them. They are the enemy, so beware of them. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded? And when it is said to them, "Come, the Messenger of Allah will ask forgiveness for you," you see their heads turning away, and they are arrogant. It is all the same for them whether you ask forgiveness for them or do not ask forgiveness for them; Allah will not forgive them. Indeed, Allah does not guide the disobedient people. They are the ones who say, "Do not spend on those who are with the Messenger of Allah until they disperse." And to Allah belong the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand. They say, "If we return to Medina, surely the honorable will expel therefrom the lowly." But honor belongs to Allah and His Messenger and to the believers, but the hypocrites do not know. O you who have believed! Do not let your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does that, then those are the losers. And do not spend on anything until the time comes when one of you is at the point of death and he says, "My Lord, send me back so that I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected. And when the soul has come up to the throat, and you are at that time looking on, and Our angels are taking him up, and he is saying, "My Lord, send me back," Allah will not allow that; indeed, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
