İsrâ

"The Surah Al-Isra is one of the most significant chapters of the Holy Qur'an. This Surah is filled with enlightening narratives that illuminate the spiritual journey of humanity. It holds great virtues for Muslims who recite it. Particularly, it stands out as a blessed guide during the night prayers and acts of worship. Surah Al-Isra inspires individuals to strengthen their faith in Allah, enhance their patience, and progress on the righteous path. It is regarded as a chapter that brings tranquility to the hearts and enlightens the minds when recited. This Surah is recommended to be recited during difficult times, as it instills spiritual serenity and strength."

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ سُبْحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِۦ لَيْلًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ إِلَى ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْأَقْصَا ٱلَّذِى بَٰرَكْنَا حَوْلَهُۥ لِنُرِيَهُۥ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِنَآ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْبَصِيرُ وَءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ وَجَعَلْنَٰهُ هُدًۭى لِّبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ أَلَّا تَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِن دُونِى وَكِيلًۭا ذُرِّيَّةَ مَنْ حَمَلْنَا مَعَ نُوحٍ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَبْدًۭا شَكُورًۭا وَقَضَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّۭا كَبِيرًۭا فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ أُولَىٰهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًۭا لَّنَآ أُو۟لِى بَأْسٍۢ شَدِيدٍۢ فَجَاسُوا۟ خِلَٰلَ ٱلدِّيَارِ ۚ وَكَانَ وَعْدًۭا مَّفْعُولًۭا ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَٰكُم بِأَمْوَٰلٍۢ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَٰكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًا إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا ۚ فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ لِيَسُۥٓـُٔوا۟ وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۢ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا۟ مَا عَلَوْا۟ تَتْبِيرًا عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمْ أَن يَرْحَمَكُمْ ۚ وَإِنْ عُدتُّمْ عُدْنَا ۘ وَجَعَلْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ حَصِيرًا إِنَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ يَهْدِى لِلَّتِى هِىَ أَقْوَمُ وَيُبَشِّرُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْمَلُونَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًۭا كَبِيرًۭا وَأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ أَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا وَيَدْعُ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ بِٱلشَّرِّ دُعَآءَهُۥ بِٱلْخَيْرِ ۖ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ عَجُولًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ ءَايَتَيْنِ ۖ فَمَحَوْنَآ ءَايَةَ ٱلَّيْلِ وَجَعَلْنَآ ءَايَةَ ٱلنَّهَارِ مُبْصِرَةًۭ لِّتَبْتَغُوا۟ فَضْلًۭا مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَلِتَعْلَمُوا۟ عَدَدَ ٱلسِّنِينَ وَٱلْحِسَابَ ۚ وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍۢ فَصَّلْنَٰهُ تَفْصِيلًۭا وَكُلَّ إِنسَٰنٍ أَلْزَمْنَٰهُ طَٰٓئِرَهُۥ فِى عُنُقِهِۦ ۖ وَنُخْرِجُ لَهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ كِتَٰبًۭا يَلْقَىٰهُ مَنشُورًا ٱقْرَأْ كِتَٰبَكَ كَفَىٰ بِنَفْسِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكَ حَسِيبًۭا مَّنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهْتَدِى لِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا ۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌۭ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۗ وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّىٰ نَبْعَثَ رَسُولًۭا وَإِذَآ أَرَدْنَآ أَن نُّهْلِكَ قَرْيَةً أَمَرْنَا مُتْرَفِيهَا فَفَسَقُوا۟ فِيهَا فَحَقَّ عَلَيْهَا ٱلْقَوْلُ فَدَمَّرْنَٰهَا تَدْمِيرًۭا وَكَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِنَ ٱلْقُرُونِ مِنۢ بَعْدِ نُوحٍۢ ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًۭا مَّن كَانَ يُرِيدُ ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ عَجَّلْنَا لَهُۥ فِيهَا مَا نَشَآءُ لِمَن نُّرِيدُ ثُمَّ جَعَلْنَا لَهُۥ جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَىٰهَا مَذْمُومًۭا مَّدْحُورًۭا وَمَنْ أَرَادَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةَ وَسَعَىٰ لَهَا سَعْيَهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌۭ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ كَانَ سَعْيُهُم مَّشْكُورًۭا كُلًّۭا نُّمِدُّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ وَهَٰٓؤُلَآءِ مِنْ عَطَآءِ رَبِّكَ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ عَطَآءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُورًا ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ ۚ وَلَلْءَاخِرَةُ أَكْبَرُ دَرَجَٰتٍۢ وَأَكْبَرُ تَفْضِيلًۭا لَّا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَقْعُدَ مَذْمُومًۭا مَّخْذُولًۭا ۞ وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ وَبِٱلْوَٰلِدَيْنِ إِحْسَٰنًا ۚ إِمَّا يَبْلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ ٱلْكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَوْ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفٍّۢ وَلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوْلًۭا كَرِيمًۭا وَٱخْفِضْ لَهُمَا جَنَاحَ ٱلذُّلِّ مِنَ ٱلرَّحْمَةِ وَقُل رَّبِّ ٱرْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِى صَغِيرًۭا رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِى نُفُوسِكُمْ ۚ إِن تَكُونُوا۟ صَٰلِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِلْأَوَّٰبِينَ غَفُورًۭا وَءَاتِ ذَا ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ حَقَّهُۥ وَٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱبْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيرًا إِنَّ ٱلْمُبَذِّرِينَ كَانُوٓا۟ إِخْوَٰنَ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينِ ۖ وَكَانَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ لِرَبِّهِۦ كَفُورًۭا وَإِمَّا تُعْرِضَنَّ عَنْهُمُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ رَحْمَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكَ تَرْجُوهَا فَقُل لَّهُمْ قَوْلًۭا مَّيْسُورًۭا وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ ٱلْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًۭا مَّحْسُورًا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ ٱلرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًۭا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوٓا۟ أَوْلَٰدَكُمْ خَشْيَةَ إِمْلَٰقٍۢ ۖ نَّحْنُ نَرْزُقُهُمْ وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ قَتْلَهُمْ كَانَ خِطْـًۭٔا كَبِيرًۭا وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ ٱلزِّنَىٰٓ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ فَٰحِشَةًۭ وَسَآءَ سَبِيلًۭا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا۟ ٱلنَّفْسَ ٱلَّتِى حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلْحَقِّ ۗ وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًۭا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيِّهِۦ سُلْطَٰنًۭا فَلَا يُسْرِف فِّى ٱلْقَتْلِ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مَنصُورًۭا وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا۟ مَالَ ٱلْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ ۚ وَأَوْفُوا۟ بِٱلْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ ٱلْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْـُٔولًۭا وَأَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ إِذَا كِلْتُمْ وَزِنُوا۟ بِٱلْقِسْطَاسِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌۭ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًۭا وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلْمٌ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَٱلْبَصَرَ وَٱلْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْـُٔولًۭا وَلَا تَمْشِ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَحًا ۖ إِنَّكَ لَن تَخْرِقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَلَن تَبْلُغَ ٱلْجِبَالَ طُولًۭا كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ كَانَ سَيِّئُهُۥ عِندَ رَبِّكَ مَكْرُوهًۭا ذَٰلِكَ مِمَّآ أَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَيْكَ رَبُّكَ مِنَ ٱلْحِكْمَةِ ۗ وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتُلْقَىٰ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَلُومًۭا مَّدْحُورًا أَفَأَصْفَىٰكُمْ رَبُّكُم بِٱلْبَنِينَ وَٱتَّخَذَ مِنَ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنَٰثًا ۚ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَقُولُونَ قَوْلًا عَظِيمًۭا وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا فِى هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ لِيَذَّكَّرُوا۟ وَمَا يَزِيدُهُمْ إِلَّا نُفُورًۭا قُل لَّوْ كَانَ مَعَهُۥٓ ءَالِهَةٌۭ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذًۭا لَّٱبْتَغَوْا۟ إِلَىٰ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ سَبِيلًۭا سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ عُلُوًّۭا كَبِيرًۭا تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ ٱلسَّبْعُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًۭا وَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ جَعَلْنَا بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِ حِجَابًۭا مَّسْتُورًۭا وَجَعَلْنَا عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ أَكِنَّةً أَن يَفْقَهُوهُ وَفِىٓ ءَاذَانِهِمْ وَقْرًۭا ۚ وَإِذَا ذَكَرْتَ رَبَّكَ فِى ٱلْقُرْءَانِ وَحْدَهُۥ وَلَّوْا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَدْبَٰرِهِمْ نُفُورًۭا نَّحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَسْتَمِعُونَ بِهِۦٓ إِذْ يَسْتَمِعُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِذْ هُمْ نَجْوَىٰٓ إِذْ يَقُولُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِن تَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا رَجُلًۭا مَّسْحُورًا ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ ضَرَبُوا۟ لَكَ ٱلْأَمْثَالَ فَضَلُّوا۟ فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَبِيلًۭا وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًۭا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًۭا جَدِيدًۭا ۞ قُلْ كُونُوا۟ حِجَارَةً أَوْ حَدِيدًا أَوْ خَلْقًۭا مِّمَّا يَكْبُرُ فِى صُدُورِكُمْ ۚ فَسَيَقُولُونَ مَن يُعِيدُنَا ۖ قُلِ ٱلَّذِى فَطَرَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍۢ ۚ فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ إِلَيْكَ رُءُوسَهُمْ وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هُوَ ۖ قُلْ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونَ قَرِيبًۭا يَوْمَ يَدْعُوكُمْ فَتَسْتَجِيبُونَ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَتَظُنُّونَ إِن لَّبِثْتُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا وَقُل لِّعِبَادِى يَقُولُوا۟ ٱلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ يَنزَغُ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنَ كَانَ لِلْإِنسَٰنِ عَدُوًّۭا مُّبِينًۭا رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ ۖ إِن يَشَأْ يَرْحَمْكُمْ أَوْ إِن يَشَأْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ ۚ وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلًۭا وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَلَقَدْ فَضَّلْنَا بَعْضَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍۢ ۖ وَءَاتَيْنَا دَاوُۥدَ زَبُورًۭا قُلِ ٱدْعُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ زَعَمْتُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ فَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ كَشْفَ ٱلضُّرِّ عَنكُمْ وَلَا تَحْوِيلًا أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ يَبْتَغُونَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمُ ٱلْوَسِيلَةَ أَيُّهُمْ أَقْرَبُ وَيَرْجُونَ رَحْمَتَهُۥ وَيَخَافُونَ عَذَابَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ كَانَ مَحْذُورًۭا وَإِن مِّن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ أَوْ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابًۭا شَدِيدًۭا ۚ كَانَ ذَٰلِكَ فِى ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مَسْطُورًۭا وَمَا مَنَعَنَآ أَن نُّرْسِلَ بِٱلْءَايَٰتِ إِلَّآ أَن كَذَّبَ بِهَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ ۚ وَءَاتَيْنَا ثَمُودَ ٱلنَّاقَةَ مُبْصِرَةًۭ فَظَلَمُوا۟ بِهَا ۚ وَمَا نُرْسِلُ بِٱلْءَايَٰتِ إِلَّا تَخْوِيفًۭا وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لَكَ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ أَحَاطَ بِٱلنَّاسِ ۚ وَمَا جَعَلْنَا ٱلرُّءْيَا ٱلَّتِىٓ أَرَيْنَٰكَ إِلَّا فِتْنَةًۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَٱلشَّجَرَةَ ٱلْمَلْعُونَةَ فِى ٱلْقُرْءَانِ ۚ وَنُخَوِّفُهُمْ فَمَا يَزِيدُهُمْ إِلَّا طُغْيَٰنًۭا كَبِيرًۭا وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ ٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِءَادَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ قَالَ ءَأَسْجُدُ لِمَنْ خَلَقْتَ طِينًۭا قَالَ أَرَءَيْتَكَ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كَرَّمْتَ عَلَىَّ لَئِنْ أَخَّرْتَنِ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ لَأَحْتَنِكَنَّ ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا قَالَ ٱذْهَبْ فَمَن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ جَزَآؤُكُمْ جَزَآءًۭ مَّوْفُورًۭا وَٱسْتَفْزِزْ مَنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتَ مِنْهُم بِصَوْتِكَ وَأَجْلِبْ عَلَيْهِم بِخَيْلِكَ وَرَجِلِكَ وَشَارِكْهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَوْلَٰدِ وَعِدْهُمْ ۚ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا إِنَّ عِبَادِى لَيْسَ لَكَ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَٰنٌۭ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ وَكِيلًۭا رَّبُّكُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُزْجِى لَكُمُ ٱلْفُلْكَ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ لِتَبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًۭا وَإِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ ضَلَّ مَن تَدْعُونَ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا نَجَّىٰكُمْ إِلَى ٱلْبَرِّ أَعْرَضْتُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ كَفُورًا أَفَأَمِنتُمْ أَن يَخْسِفَ بِكُمْ جَانِبَ ٱلْبَرِّ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًۭا ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا۟ لَكُمْ وَكِيلًا أَمْ أَمِنتُمْ أَن يُعِيدَكُمْ فِيهِ تَارَةً أُخْرَىٰ فَيُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ قَاصِفًۭا مِّنَ ٱلرِّيحِ فَيُغْرِقَكُم بِمَا كَفَرْتُمْ ۙ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوا۟ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا بِهِۦ تَبِيعًۭا ۞ وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ وَحَمَلْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْبَرِّ وَٱلْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ وَفَضَّلْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍۢ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًۭا يَوْمَ نَدْعُوا۟ كُلَّ أُنَاسٍۭ بِإِمَٰمِهِمْ ۖ فَمَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ بِيَمِينِهِۦ فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ يَقْرَءُونَ كِتَٰبَهُمْ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلًۭا وَمَن كَانَ فِى هَٰذِهِۦٓ أَعْمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ أَعْمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلًۭا وَإِن كَادُوا۟ لَيَفْتِنُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ لِتَفْتَرِىَ عَلَيْنَا غَيْرَهُۥ ۖ وَإِذًۭا لَّٱتَّخَذُوكَ خَلِيلًۭا وَلَوْلَآ أَن ثَبَّتْنَٰكَ لَقَدْ كِدتَّ تَرْكَنُ إِلَيْهِمْ شَيْـًۭٔا قَلِيلًا إِذًۭا لَّأَذَقْنَٰكَ ضِعْفَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ وَضِعْفَ ٱلْمَمَاتِ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ عَلَيْنَا نَصِيرًۭا وَإِن كَادُوا۟ لَيَسْتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُخْرِجُوكَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَإِذًۭا لَّا يَلْبَثُونَ خِلَٰفَكَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا سُنَّةَ مَن قَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَا ۖ وَلَا تَجِدُ لِسُنَّتِنَا تَحْوِيلًا أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِدُلُوكِ ٱلشَّمْسِ إِلَىٰ غَسَقِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَقُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ ۖ إِنَّ قُرْءَانَ ٱلْفَجْرِ كَانَ مَشْهُودًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِۦ نَافِلَةًۭ لَّكَ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًۭا مَّحْمُودًۭا وَقُل رَّبِّ أَدْخِلْنِى مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍۢ وَأَخْرِجْنِى مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍۢ وَٱجْعَل لِّى مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَٰنًۭا نَّصِيرًۭا وَقُلْ جَآءَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَزَهَقَ ٱلْبَٰطِلُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلْبَٰطِلَ كَانَ زَهُوقًۭا وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلْقُرْءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌۭ وَرَحْمَةٌۭ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۙ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارًۭا وَإِذَآ أَنْعَمْنَا عَلَى ٱلْإِنسَٰنِ أَعْرَضَ وَنَـَٔا بِجَانِبِهِۦ ۖ وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ ٱلشَّرُّ كَانَ يَـُٔوسًۭا قُلْ كُلٌّۭ يَعْمَلُ عَلَىٰ شَاكِلَتِهِۦ فَرَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ هُوَ أَهْدَىٰ سَبِيلًۭا وَيَسْـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلرُّوحِ ۖ قُلِ ٱلرُّوحُ مِنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّى وَمَآ أُوتِيتُم مِّنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا وَلَئِن شِئْنَا لَنَذْهَبَنَّ بِٱلَّذِىٓ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُ لَكَ بِهِۦ عَلَيْنَا وَكِيلًا إِلَّا رَحْمَةًۭ مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۚ إِنَّ فَضْلَهُۥ كَانَ عَلَيْكَ كَبِيرًۭا قُل لَّئِنِ ٱجْتَمَعَتِ ٱلْإِنسُ وَٱلْجِنُّ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَأْتُوا۟ بِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ لَا يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍۢ ظَهِيرًۭا وَلَقَدْ صَرَّفْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِى هَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍۢ فَأَبَىٰٓ أَكْثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ إِلَّا كُفُورًۭا وَقَالُوا۟ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكَ حَتَّىٰ تَفْجُرَ لَنَا مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ يَنۢبُوعًا أَوْ تَكُونَ لَكَ جَنَّةٌۭ مِّن نَّخِيلٍۢ وَعِنَبٍۢ فَتُفَجِّرَ ٱلْأَنْهَٰرَ خِلَٰلَهَا تَفْجِيرًا أَوْ تُسْقِطَ ٱلسَّمَآءَ كَمَا زَعَمْتَ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا أَوْ تَأْتِىَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ قَبِيلًا أَوْ يَكُونَ لَكَ بَيْتٌۭ مِّن زُخْرُفٍ أَوْ تَرْقَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَلَن نُّؤْمِنَ لِرُقِيِّكَ حَتَّىٰ تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَٰبًۭا نَّقْرَؤُهُۥ ۗ قُلْ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّى هَلْ كُنتُ إِلَّا بَشَرًۭا رَّسُولًۭا وَمَا مَنَعَ ٱلنَّاسَ أَن يُؤْمِنُوٓا۟ إِذْ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓا۟ أَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ بَشَرًۭا رَّسُولًۭا قُل لَّوْ كَانَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَلَٰٓئِكَةٌۭ يَمْشُونَ مُطْمَئِنِّينَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَلَكًۭا رَّسُولًۭا قُلْ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًۢا بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًۭا وَمَن يَهْدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلْمُهْتَدِ ۖ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءَ مِن دُونِهِۦ ۖ وَنَحْشُرُهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمْ عُمْيًۭا وَبُكْمًۭا وَصُمًّۭا ۖ مَّأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ كُلَّمَا خَبَتْ زِدْنَٰهُمْ سَعِيرًۭا ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًۭا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًۭا جَدِيدًا ۞ أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ قَادِرٌ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَهُمْ أَجَلًۭا لَّا رَيْبَ فِيهِ فَأَبَى ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ إِلَّا كُفُورًۭا قُل لَّوْ أَنتُمْ تَمْلِكُونَ خَزَآئِنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّىٓ إِذًۭا لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ ٱلْإِنفَاقِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ قَتُورًۭا وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ تِسْعَ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ ۖ فَسْـَٔلْ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِذْ جَآءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُۥ فِرْعَوْنُ إِنِّى لَأَظُنُّكَ يَٰمُوسَىٰ مَسْحُورًۭا قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَآ أَنزَلَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِلَّا رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ بَصَآئِرَ وَإِنِّى لَأَظُنُّكَ يَٰفِرْعَوْنُ مَثْبُورًۭا فَأَرَادَ أَن يَسْتَفِزَّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ فَأَغْرَقْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ جَمِيعًۭا وَقُلْنَا مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ لِبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱسْكُنُوا۟ ٱلْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًۭا وَبِٱلْحَقِّ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ وَبِٱلْحَقِّ نَزَلَ ۗ وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَٰكَ إِلَّا مُبَشِّرًۭا وَنَذِيرًۭا وَقُرْءَانًۭا فَرَقْنَٰهُ لِتَقْرَأَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ عَلَىٰ مُكْثٍۢ وَنَزَّلْنَٰهُ تَنزِيلًۭا قُلْ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِهِۦٓ أَوْ لَا تُؤْمِنُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمَ مِن قَبْلِهِۦٓ إِذَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ سُجَّدًۭا وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَٰنَ رَبِّنَآ إِن كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولًۭا وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًۭا ۩ قُلِ ٱدْعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ أَوِ ٱدْعُوا۟ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ ۖ أَيًّۭا مَّا تَدْعُوا۟ فَلَهُ ٱلْأَسْمَآءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَلَا تَجْهَرْ بِصَلَاتِكَ وَلَا تُخَافِتْ بِهَا وَٱبْتَغِ بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ سَبِيلًۭا وَقُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًۭا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٌۭ فِى ٱلْمُلْكِ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ وَلِىٌّۭ مِّنَ ٱلذُّلِّ ۖ وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًۢا

Transliteration

Subhanellezi esra bi abdihi leylen minel mescidil harami ilel mescidil aksallezi barekna havlehu li nuriyehu min ayatina, innehu huves semiul basir. Ve ateyna musel kitabe ve cealnahu huden li beni israile ella tettehızu min duni vekila. Zurriyyete men hamelna mea nuh, innehu kane abden şekura. Ve kadayna ila beni israile fil kitabi le tufsidunne fil ardı merreteyni ve le ta'lunne uluvven kebira. Fe iza cae va'du ulahuma beasna aleykum ibaden lena ulibe'sin şedidin fe casu hılaled diyar, ve kane va'den mef'ula. Summe rededna lekumul kerrete aleyhim ve emdednakum bi emvalin ve benine ve cealnakum eksere nefira. İn ahsentum ahsentum li enfusikum ve in ese'tum fe leha, fe iza cae va'dul ahıreti li yesuu vucuhekum ve li yedhulul mescide kema dehaluhu evvele merretin ve li yutebbiru ma alev tetbira. Asa rabbukum en yerhamekum, ve in udtum udna, ve cealna cehenneme lil kafirine hasira. İnne hazel kur'ane yehdi lilleti hiye akvemu ve yubeşşirul mu'mininellezine ya'melunes salihati enne lehum ecren kebira. Ve ennellezine la yu'minune bil ahıreti a'tedna lehum azaben elima. Ve yed'ul insanu biş şerri duaehu bil hayr, ve kanel insanu acula. Ve cealnel leyle ven nehare ayeteyni fe mehavna ayetel leyli ve cealna ayeten nehari mubsıraten li tebtegu fadlen min rabbikum ve li ta'lemu adedes sinine vel hisab, ve kulle şey'in fassalnahu tafsila. Ve kulle insanin elzemnahu tairehu fi unukıh, ve nuhricu lehu yevmel kıyameti kitaben yelkahu menşura. Ikra' kitabek, kefa bi nefsikel yevme aleyke hasiba. Menihteda fe innema yehtedi li nefsih, ve men dalle fe innema yadıllu aleyha, ve la teziru vaziretun vizre uhra, ve ma kunna muazzibine hatta neb'ase resula. Ve iza eredna en nuhlike karyeten emerna mutrafiha fe feseku fiha fe hakka aleyhel kavlu fe demmernaha tedmira. Ve kem ehlekna minel kuruni min ba'di nuh ve kefa bi rabbike bi zunubi ıbadihi habiren basira. Ve imma tu'ridanne anhumubtigae rahmetin min rabbike tercuha fe kul lehum kavlen meysura. Ve la tec'al yedeke magluleten ila unukıke ve la tebsutha kullel bastı fe tak'ude melumen mahsura. İnne rabbeke yebsutur rızka li men yeşau ve yakdir, innehu kane bi ibadihi habiran basira. Ve la taktulu evladekum haşyete imlak, nahnu nerzukuhum ve iyyakum, inne katlehum kane hıt'en kebira. Ve la takrebuz zina innehu kane fahışeh, ve sae sebila. Ve la taktulun nefselleti harremallahu illa bil hakk, ve men kutile mazlumen fe kad cealna li veliyyihi sultanen fe la yusrif fil katl, innehu kane mensura. Ve la takrebu malel yetimi illa billeti hiye ahsenu hatta yebluga eşuddeh, ve evfu bil ahd, innel ahde kane mes'ula. Ve evful keyle iza kiltum vezinu bil kıstasil mustekim, zalike hayrun ve ahsenu te'vila. Ve la takfu ma leyse leke bihi ilm, innes sem'a vel basara vel fuade kullu ulaike kane anhu mes'ula. Ve la temşi fil ardı mereha, inneke len tahrikal arda ve len teblugal cibale tula. Kullu zalike kane seyyiuhu inde rabbike mekruha. Zalike mimma evha ileyke rabbuke minel hikmeh, ve la tec'al meallahi ilahen ahare fe tulka fi cehenneme melumen medhura. E fe asfakum rabbukum bil benine vettehaze minel melaiketi inasa, innekum le tekulune kavlen azima. Ve lekad sarrafna fi hazel kur'ani li yezzekkeru, ve ma yeziduhum illa nufura. Ve iza kara'tel kur'ane cealna beyneke ve beynellezine la yu'minune bil ahıreti hicaben mestura. Ve cealna ala kulubihim ekinneten en yefkahuhu ve fi azanihim vakra, ve iza zekerte rabbeke fil kur'ani vahdehu vellev ala edbarihim nufura. Nahnu a'lemu bima yestemiune bihi iz yestemiune ileyke ve iz hum necva iz yekuluz zalimune in tettebiune illa raculen meshura. Unzur keyfe darabu lekel emsale fe dallu fe la yestetiune sebila. Ve kalu e iza kunna izamen ve rufaten e inna le meb'usune halkan cedida. Kul kunu hicareten ev hadida. Ev halkan mimma yekburu fi sudurikum, fe se yekulune men yuidun, kulillezi fetarakum evvele merreh, fe se yungıdune ileyke ruusehum ve yekulune meta huv, kul asa en yekune kariba. Yevme yed'ukum fe testecibune bi hamdihi ve tezunnune in lebistum illa kalila. Ve kul li ibadi yekululleti hiye ahsen, inneş şeytane yenzegu beynehum, inneş şeytane kane lil insani aduvven mubina. Rabbukum a'lemu bikum, in yeşa' yerhamkum ev in yeşa' yuazzibkum, ve ma erselnake aleyhim vekila. Ve rabbuke a'lemu bi men fis semavati vel ard, ve lekad faddalna ba'dan nebiyyine ala ba'dın ve ateyna davude zebura. Kulid'ullezine zeamtum min dunihi fe la yemlikune keşfed durri ankum ve la tahvila. Ulaikellezine yed'une yebtegune ila rabbihimul vesilete eyyuhum akrebu ve yercune rahmetehu ve yehafune azabeh, inne azabe rabbike kane mahzura. Ve in min karyetin illa nahnu muhlikuha kable yevmil kıyameti ev muazzibuha azaben şedida, kane zalike fil kitabi mestura. Ve ma meneana en nursile bil ayati illa en kezzebe bihel evvelun, ve ateyna semuden nakate mubsıraten fe zalemu biha, ve ma nursilu bil ayati illa tahvifa. Ve iz kulna leke inne rabbeke ehata bin nas, ve ma cealner ru'yalleti ereynake illa fitneten lin nasi veş şeceretel mel'unete fil kur'an, ve nuhavvifuhum fe ma yeziduhum illa tugyanen kebira. Ve iz kulna lil melaiketiscudu li ademe fe secedu illa iblis, kale e escudu li men halakte tina. Ve lekad kerremna beni ademe ve hamelnahum fil berri vel bahri ve razaknahum minet tayyibati ve faddalnahum ala kesirin mimmen halakna tafdila. Ve yes'eluneke anir ruh, kulir ruhu min emri rabbi ve ma utitum minel ilmi illa kalila. Ve lein şi'na le nezhebenne billezi evhayna ileyke summe la tecidu leke bihi aleyna vekila. İlla rahmeten min rabbik, inne fadlehu kane aleyke kebira. Kul leinictemeatil insu vel cinnu ala en ye'tu bi misli hazel kur'ani la ye'tune bi mislihi ve lev kane ba'duhum li ba'dın zahira. Ve lekad sarrafna lin nasi fi hazel kur'ani min kulli meselin fe eba ekserun nasi illa kufura. Ve kalu len nu'mine leke hatta tefcure lena minel ardı yenbua. Ev tekune leke cennetun min nahilin ve inebin fe tufeccirel enhare hılaleha tefcira. Ev tuskıtas semae kema zeamte aleyna kisefen ev te'tiye billahi vel melaiketi kabila. Ev yekune leke beytun min zuhrufin ev terka fis sema, ve len nu'mine li rukıyyike hatta tunezzile aleyna kitaben nakreuh, kul subhane rabbi hel kuntu illa beşeren resula. Ve ma menean nase en yu'minu iz cae humul huda illa en kalu e beasallahu beşeren resula. Kul lev kane fil ardı melaiketun yemşune mutmainnine le nezzelna aleyhim mines semai meleken resula. Kul kefa billahi şehiden beyni ve beynekum, innehu kane bi ıbadihi habiren basira. Ve men yehdillahu fe huvel muhted, ve men yudlil fe len tecide lehum evliyae min dunih, ve nahşuruhum yevmel kıyameti ala vucuhihim umyen ve bukmen ve summa, me'vahum cehennem, kullema habet zidnahum saira. Glory be to Allah, who took His Servant (Muhammad) by night from Al-Masjid Al-Haram (from Mecca) to Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa (to Jerusalem), the surroundings of which We have blessed, to show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing. We gave Moses the Book. O descendants of those We carried with Noah! We made him a guide for the Children of Israel, so that you do not take anyone as a protector besides Me. Indeed, Noah was a very grateful servant. We gave Moses the Book. If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, it is for yourselves. When the time of the second promise comes, We will send them back to make your faces sad, to do evil, as they entered the Mosque before, and to destroy what they had taken over. It is hoped that your Lord will have mercy on you; but if you turn back, We will turn back. We have made Hell a prison for the disbelievers. Indeed, this Qur'an guides to the most upright way and gives glad tidings to the believers who do righteous deeds that there is a great reward for them, and that We have prepared for those who do not believe in the Hereafter a painful punishment. Man prays for good as he prays for evil. Indeed, man is hasty. We have made night and day as signs for Our existence. We have explained everything in detail. We bind every person's deeds around their neck, and on the Day of Resurrection, We will bring forth to them the Book which they will find opened. "Read your Book; today, you are sufficient as a reckoner against yourself." Whoever comes to the right path, it is only for his own benefit, and whoever goes astray, it is only to his own detriment. No one bears the burden of another. We do not punish anyone until We have sent a Messenger. When We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent ones to be pious, but they do not obey. Then the city deserves to be destroyed, and We obliterate it. We have destroyed many generations after Noah. Your Lord is All-Aware of the sins of His servants and is All-Seeing. We give the world to whomever We will, to those who desire it, and then We prepare for him Hell, where he will enter in a state of blameworthy and rejected. As for those who desire the Hereafter and strive for it while being a believer, their striving is commendable. We will provide them and these with the bounty of your Lord. Indeed, the bounty of your Lord is never forbidden. Look at how We have preferred some of them over others! Indeed, there are greater ranks and greater preference in the Hereafter. Do not take another deity besides Allah, or you will be among the blamed and left alone. Your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. If either of them or both of them should strive to drive you away from that which I have commanded you, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do. If both of them reach old age while with you, do not say to them "Uff" and do not rebuke them. And speak to them a noble word. And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, "My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small." Your Lord knows what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous, then indeed He is ever, to the oft-repentant, Forgiving. And give the relative his right, and [also] to the needy and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully. Indeed, the wasteful are brothers of the devils, and ever has Satan been to his Lord ungrateful. And if you turn away from them, fearing a day of overlap, then speak to them a gentle word. And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely, and thereby become blamed and insolvent. Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed, He is All-Aware of His servants. And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you. Killing them is a great sin. And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly - We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in taking a life. Indeed, he has been supported. And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned. And give full measure and weight in justice. We do not burden a soul except according to what it can bear. And when you speak, be just, even if it concerns a near relative. And fulfill the covenant of Allah. This is how He has instructed you that you may remember. And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]. And establish prayer and give zakah and do not be among the polytheists. And of those who have divided their religion and become sects, every faction rejoicing in what it has. And when harm touches the people, they invoke their Lord, turning to Him in repentance; then when He lets them taste mercy from Him, at once a party of them associates others with their Lord. So as to deny what We have granted them. Then enjoy yourselves, for you are going to know. Or have We sent down upon them an authority, and it speaks of what they were associating with Him? And when We let the people taste mercy, they rejoice therein, but when disaster strikes them for what their own hands have earned, then indeed, they despair. Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe. "Be another creature that you have nurtured in your hearts, yet you will be resurrected." They say, "Who will resurrect us again?" Say, "He who created you for the first time." They will shake their heads and say, "When will this be?" Say, "It is soon possible." On the day He calls you, you will respond to His call, praising Him, and you will think you have remained in your graves for only a short time. Tell My believing servants to speak in the best manner. Indeed, Satan seeks to sow discord among them. Satan is surely a manifest enemy to mankind. Your Lord knows you better. If He wills, He shows you mercy, or if He wills, He punishes you. We did not send you as a guardian over them. Your Lord knows best those who are in the heavens and the earth. Indeed, We have made some prophets superior to others and We gave David the Psalms. Say, "Call upon those whom you claim are gods besides Allah; they do not have the power to remove your distress or to change it." The idols they worship seek a means of approach to their Lord, hoping for His mercy and fearing His punishment. Indeed, the punishment of your Lord is to be feared. There is no city that We will not destroy before the Day of Resurrection or punish with a severe punishment. This is written in the Book. What prevents Us from sending miracles is only that the former peoples denied them. We had given the Thamud a visible miracle, a she-camel, but they wronged it. We send miracles only to frighten. We said to you, "Your Lord has certainly encompassed mankind"; with the vision We showed you and the cursed tree in the Quran, We only tested mankind. We frighten them, but it only increases them in great transgression. We commanded the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they all prostrated except for Iblis, who said, "Will I prostrate to one whom You created from clay?" He said, "Do You see that You have preferred him over me? If You delay me until the Day of Resurrection, I will surely destroy his descendants, except for a few." Allah said, "Then go! And whoever of them follows you, indeed, Hell will be your recompense, an ample recompense." "With your voice, stir up against them whomever you can among them, and assault them with your cavalry and infantry, and share with them in wealth and children, and promise them." But Satan does not promise them except delusion. Indeed, you will have no authority over My believing servants. And sufficient is your Lord as a Guardian." Your Lord causes the ships to sail in the sea for you, that you may seek of His bounty. Indeed, He is ever Merciful to you. And when distress touches you at sea, those whom you invoke besides Him disappear, but when He delivers you to the land, you turn away. And mankind is ever ungrateful. Are you secure that He will not cause you to be swallowed by the earth or that a storm of stones will not come upon you? Then you will not find for yourselves a protector. Or are you secure that He will not return you to the sea and send upon you a hurricane to drown you for your disbelief? Then you will not find for yourselves a helper. And We have certainly honored the children of Adam and carried them on the land and the sea and provided for them of the good things and preferred them over much of those We created. On the Day We will call forth every people with their leader. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and they will not be wronged a single date seed. And whoever is blind in this [world] will be blind in the Hereafter and more astray in way. And indeed, they strive to divert you from that which We have revealed to you, to make up something else against Us. Then they would have taken you as a friend. And if We had not made you stand firm, you would have been near to inclining to them a little." You would have inclined towards them. In that case, We would have made you taste a multiplied punishment in both your life and your death. Then you would not have found any helper against Us. They would have almost compelled you to leave your homeland. In that case, they would have remained very few after you. This is a law We have applied to the messengers We sent before you. You will not find any change in Our law. Establish prayer from the setting of the sun until the darkness of the night, and the Qur'an at dawn. Indeed, the recitation of the Qur'an at dawn is witnessed by the angels. And during the night, wake up and pray extra, exclusively for you. Perhaps your Lord will raise you to a praised station. Say: "My Lord! Admit me with a good entrance and exit, and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority." Say: "Truth has come, and falsehood has perished; indeed, falsehood is bound to perish." We send down in the Qur'an that which is a healing and mercy for the believers. And it increases the loss of the wrongdoers. When We bestow a favor upon man, he turns away and withdraws; but when evil touches him, he is full of despair. Say: "Everyone acts according to their own disposition. Your Lord knows best who is most guided in the way." They ask you about the soul. Say: "The soul is by the command of my Lord. And of knowledge, you have been given but a little." If We had willed, We could have taken away what We have revealed to you. Then you would not have found a guardian for yourself against Us. This is only due to the mercy of your Lord upon you. Indeed, His favor upon you is great. Say: "If mankind and jinn gathered to produce the like of this Qur'an, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to assist one another." Indeed, We have certainly presented to the people in this Qur'an every kind of example, but most of the people refused to accept anything but disbelief. They said: "We will not believe in you until you cause springs to gush forth from the earth for us," "or you have gardens and vineyards, and make rivers gush forth within them." "Or you make the heaven fall upon us in pieces, as you have claimed, or you bring Allah and the angels before us." "Or you have a house of gold, or you ascend into the sky; and even then, we will not believe in your ascension until you bring down to us a book we can read." Say: "Exalted is Allah! Am I anything but a human being, a messenger?" And nothing prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them except that they said: "Has Allah sent a human being as a messenger?" Say: "If there were on the earth angels walking about securely, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an angel as a messenger." Say: "Sufficient is Allah as a witness between me and you. Indeed, He is Knowing and Seeing of His servants." Whomever Allah guides is truly guided; and whomever He leads astray, you will never find for them any allies besides Him. We will gather them on the Day of Resurrection, on their faces, blind, mute, and deaf. Their abode will be Hell; whenever it abates, We will increase for them the blaze. This is the recompense for what they used to deny. Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and the earth, is capable of creating the likes of them? He has appointed for them a term, about which there is no doubt. Yet the wrongdoers continue to refuse to accept anything but disbelief. Say: "If you possessed the treasuries of my Lord's mercy, you would hold back for fear of spending. And mankind is ever stingy." Indeed, We gave Moses nine clear signs. Ask the Children of Israel when he came to them, Pharaoh said to him: "O Moses! He said, "I think you are bewitched." Moses replied, "Indeed, you know that these are clear signs sent down by the Lord of the heavens and the earth. O Pharaoh! I truly believe that you will be destroyed." Pharaoh then wanted to drive them out of the land. So We drowned him and all those with him in the sea. Then We said to the Children of Israel, "Dwell in this land, and when the Hour comes, We will gather you all together." We have sent down the Qur'an with truth, and it has remained in truth as it was revealed. We have sent you only as a bearer of good tidings and a warner. We revealed the Qur'an gradually, in portions, so that you may recite it to the people slowly and as needed. Say, "Whether you believe in the Qur'an or not, when it is recited to those who were given knowledge before it, they fall on their faces in prostration," and they say, "Glory be to our Lord. The word of our Lord will surely be fulfilled." Say, "Whether you believe in the Qur'an or not, when it is recited to those who were given knowledge before it, they fall on their faces in prostration," and they say, "Glory be to our Lord. The word of our Lord will surely be fulfilled." They weep and fall on their faces; this increases their humility. Say, "Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful; whichever name you call, to Him belong the best names." Do not raise your voice in prayer, nor be silent in it, but seek a middle course between that. Say, "All praise is due to Allah, who has not taken a son, and who has no partner in His dominion, nor is He weak and needs no helper." Exalt Him with appropriate exaltation.
