This period is when the believers will be ushered into paradise and the disbelievers into hell. In Sufi terminology, the Day of Judgment also represents the individual's inner transformation; this transformation involves questioning one's essence and attaining spiritual maturity. The concept of the Day of Judgment encourages individuals to reflect on their deeds and motivates them to perform good actions.
