The Hour draws near, and the moon is split; when they see a sign, they turn away and say, "This is just ongoing magic." The Hour draws near, and the moon is split; when they see a sign, they turn away and say, "This is just ongoing magic." They lie and follow their own desires. But every matter has a determined outcome. Indeed, many messages have come to them that would turn them away from their state; in each of those messages is profound wisdom, but warnings do not benefit. So turn away from them; the day when the caller calls to something unseen and unrecognized; their eyes humbled, spread out like locusts, they will rush from their graves to the caller. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult day." Their eyes humbled, spread out like locusts, they will rush from their graves to the caller. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult day." Before these polytheists, the people of Noah had denied, and they had called our servant a liar, saying, "He is mad," and they were cut off. He had called upon his Lord, saying, "Indeed, I have been defeated, so help me." So We opened the gates of the heavens with pouring water. We caused springs to gush forth from the earth; the two waters met for a matter already predestined. We placed him on a ship made of planks and nails; the ship that was given as a reward to the denied Noah was sailing under Our protection. We placed him on a ship made of planks and nails; the ship that was given as a reward to the denied Noah was sailing under Our protection. Indeed, We left that ship as a sign; is there no one to take heed? How was My punishment and My warning? Indeed, We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; is there no one who will remember? The people of 'Aad had denied their prophet; how was My punishment and My warning? Indeed, We sent upon them a freezing wind on a day of continuous misfortune, that struck people, tearing them apart like uprooted palm trunks. Indeed, We sent upon them a freezing wind on a day of continuous misfortune, that struck people, tearing them apart like uprooted palm trunks. How was My punishment and My warning? Indeed, We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; is there no one who will remember? The people of Thamud denied their warners. They said, "Should we follow a single human being among us? Then we would indeed be in error and madness. Has the Book been sent down to him among us? No, he is but a liar and arrogant." They said, "Should we follow a single human being among us? Then we would indeed be in error and madness. Has the Book been sent down to him among us? No, he is but a liar and arrogant." Tomorrow, they will know who is the liar and arrogant. Indeed, We sent the she-camel as a trial for them. We said to Salih, "Observe them and be patient; tell them that the water is shared between them and the she-camel, each drink has a turn." But they called their companion, and he took a sword and hamstrung her. How was My punishment and My warning? So We sent upon them a single cry, and they became like the dried grass used by the shepherds. Indeed, We have made the Qur'an easy to remember; is there no one who will remember? The people of Lot denied their warners. So We sent upon them a rain of stones. But We saved the supporters of Lot at dawn as a favor from Us. Thus do We reward the grateful. So We sent upon them a rain of stones. But We saved the supporters of Lot at dawn as a favor from Us. Thus do We reward the grateful. Indeed, Lot had warned them of Our punishment, but they received his warnings with doubt. They did not listen. Indeed, they attempted to seize the angels who were the guests of Lot; therefore, We blinded their eyes. "Taste the consequence of not heeding My punishment and warnings," We said. Indeed, early in the morning, an unstoppable torment befell them. "Taste the consequence of not heeding My punishment and warnings," We said. Indeed, We have made the Qur'an easy to understand as a reminder; is there anyone who will take heed? Indeed, those who warned Pharaoh's elite came. They denied all Our signs. Therefore, We seized them in a manner befitting the All-Powerful. Are your disbelievers better than them? Or do you have a certificate of salvation in the Scriptures? Or do they say, "We are a vengeful community"? Their gatherings will be scattered, and they will be turned away. The Day of Resurrection is the day they are promised torment. What a terrifying and bitter day that will be! Indeed, the wrongdoers are in delusion and madness. On the day they are dragged face down into the Fire, it will be said to them, "Taste the torment of Hell that touches you." Surely, We have created everything with a measure. Our command is as instantaneous as a blink of an eye. Indeed, We have destroyed your kind; is there anyone who will take heed? Everything that people do is recorded in the Books. Every small and great deed is inscribed line by line. Those who fear disobedience to Allah will be in a high rank with the Mighty King, in gardens of comfort and light. Those who fear disobedience to Allah will be in a high rank with the Mighty King, in gardens of comfort and light.
