Tawakkul
"Tawakkul means to trust in Allah and to strive for something based on that trust."
Spiritual & Deep Meaning
Tawakkul is an important concept in Islam that expresses a person's trust in Allah. Tawakkul involves taking the necessary precautions for humans while also entrusting the outcome of the matter to Allah. In Sufi teachings, tawakkul is a concrete expression of faith and submission. After a person has made efforts to reach their desired goal, they should leave the outcome to Allah. Tawakkul brings peace and tranquility to a person; for the believer trusts in their Creator in every situation. Therefore, tawakkul increases resilience against the difficulties encountered in life.
