Destiny is one of the fundamental components of Islamic belief and means that Allah knows the beginning and end of everything. Destiny encompasses not only the outcome of events but also when and how these events will occur. In the understanding of Sufism, it is accepted that there is no will beyond destiny. Therefore, it is taught that a person should live by accepting their destiny. In Islam, destiny is evaluated in two ways: good and evil. As Hasan al-Basri stated, 'Destiny is the manifestation of Allah's will.' How and where people will live their destinies is shaped by faith and worship. A deep understanding of destiny enhances a person's spiritual development and their connection to Allah.
