Sin

Sin defines the actions that are committed by not adhering to Allah's commands and prohibitions in the Islamic religion. The concept of sin is an important element that affects the spiritual and moral conditions of individuals. In Islam, sins are classified as minor and major; while repentance is sufficient for minor sins, major sins can have more serious consequences. Sin can also lead to unrest and disharmony in society. For this reason, avoiding sins, seeking forgiveness, and performing good deeds have been established as a fundamental goal for Muslims.
