Trust Rights

Trust rights are an Islamic principle that addresses the protection of promises, possessions, and trust given to others. In Islam, trust encompasses not only material objects but also spiritual values. In this context, safeguarding trusts and adhering to the principles of loyalty and trustworthiness is considered a great virtue. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized this issue in his hadiths by saying, 'Each of you is a trust.' Violating trust rights undermines a person's reliability and threatens social peace. Observing trust rights strengthens individuals' relationships in social life and lays a more solid moral foundation for society. As a result, trust rights allow for the formation of a sense of trust in interpersonal relationships.
