Someone is asking about the punishment that will come from Allah, who possesses high ranks, to the disbelievers, a punishment that cannot be defended against. On that day, the guilty will wish to ransom themselves from the punishment by sacrificing their sons, their families, their brothers, their kin who provided shelter for them, and everyone on earth to save themselves.
