Seyr-i Süluk

Seyr-i Süluk refers to a spiritual journey undertaken under the guidance of a murshid in Sufism. This process aims for the individual to purify their soul, discover themselves, and draw closer to Allah. Seyr-i Süluk typically occurs in five stages, and each stage is critically important for the individual's progress. These stages include disciplining the self, achieving heart purity, and ultimately reaching divine love. Participants advance in this journey through dhikr, fasting, and other acts of worship.
