Trust Rights

Trust rights are an Islamic principle that addresses the protection of promises, properties, and trust given to others. In Islam, trust encompasses not only material objects but also spiritual values. In this context, safeguarding trusts is considered a great virtue, adhering to the principles of loyalty and trust. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized this issue in his hadiths, stating, 'Each of you is a trust.' Violating trust rights undermines a person's reliability and threatens social peace. Observing trust rights strengthens individuals' relationships in social life and establishes a more solid moral foundation for society. As a result, trust rights allow for the formation of a sense of trust in interpersonal relationships.
