Sunnah
"Sunnah refers to the actions and teachings practiced and recommended by our Prophet Muhammad. It serves as an example for Muslims."
Spiritual & Deep Meaning
Sunnah expresses the actions and behaviors of our Prophet Muhammad in his daily life within the Islamic religion. These behaviors are practices that serve as examples for Muslims and enrich religious life. Sunnahs should be performed alongside obligatory acts of worship, as they increase the rewards of Muslims' worship. Sunnah is evaluated in two types: Sunnah Qawi (strong Sunnah) and Sunnah Da'if (weak Sunnah). While Sunnah Qawi indicates significant events, Sunnah Da'if is of a recommendatory nature. By promoting correct behaviors in society, Sunnah strengthens the social bonds of Muslims.
Example / Wisdom Quote
"Our Prophet says, 'Those who continue to live according to my Sunnah will enter Paradise.'"
