A Consoling Tale for Those Who Struggle with Impatience

In the early days of Islam, many hardships and pressures were experienced. Hz. Ali, as the closest friend and relative of the Prophet, always supported him. One day, Hz. Muhammad (s.a.v.) expressed that the Meccan polytheists were increasing their oppression against the Muslims. At that moment, Hz. Ali, with a sharp gaze, said, ‘I am here, I will sacrifice everything for you. Although the path of goodness and truth is difficult, I am by your side.’ In the difficult days of the Muslims, Hz. Ali’s loyalty and faith motivated the Muslims of that time. He taught the importance of patience and faith in the face of difficulties. Eventually, the Muslims grew stronger and overcame hardships with their faith.
