A Tale Offering Comfort to the Impatient

Bishr al-Hafi, after cleansing himself of his bad habits, began to harbor love in his heart. He was striving to be a person whom everyone admired and appreciated. One day, while walking on the road, he saw a group of children. Noticing that these children were hungry, he approached them and brought them food. At that moment, a sense of peace emerged in his heart. 'Bishr! Continue as you have done for others!' said a dervish. Bishr's heart was enveloped by the value of these words. He decided to reach his own sources and to be a door for others. From that point on, goodness and love became his fundamental values. Bishr, who found happiness in doing good, completely changed his perspective on life. Everything he did in his life now found a place in his heart filled with love. Bishr became a source of light and hope among people. Years later, he became known among the friends of Allah and succeeded in carrying a loving heart throughout his life.
